    We had a very good experience in Brompton Junction. We were served by Karen and she displayed a great professionalism. From bike inspection to folding of the bike, she explained patiently despite me repeatly forgetting steps.

    She proposed accessories such as the bike light and bag to compliment the bike but yet not pushy when we told her we will think about it.

    Her product knowledge is very good and my husband and I were very impressed.

    We forgotten to take a photo when unboxing the bike, Karen showed no displeasure when we ask to take the bike out again after she packed.

    Definitely making this 55th birthday present photograph memorable.

    Called their phone number and was promptly attended to by Nadiah. Told her the issue that I was facing on my Brompton. Left shifter was not shifting the gears up (+) / down (-) smoothly. Was told to bring my bike down to BJ Singapore for a diagnosis.

    Made my way down and Keith (Head Mechanic) attended to my bike even though he had a couple of bikes in queue for servicing. He tried to fix it on the spot but was unable to as the issue seemed more complex than expected. Was told to leave my bike there so he can look at it properly and identify the issue.

    Got a call the next day telling me that my bike is ready for collection. Popped down and Keith walked me through the issue – seemed like it was a cable anchorage problem. He changed it and the gears are shifting more smoothly. Much thanks for the attention given to my bike even though they were jam packed with customer orders. Was not expecting my bike to be ready for collection the very next day. Appreciate it loads! Will definitely be coming back to service and tune my Brompton in the near future.

Funan has great bike facilities, I.e tire pump, but it failed to work- it deflated my tires and to my wits end, I approached the helpful folks here and Mika without a doubt provided assistance. He also showed me how to unfold and fold the bike (allowed me to take videos of him doing that) and gave me tips such as how to care for the bike. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Not rushed, not hurried. Kudos, Alex for caring and for a fantastic and warm experience.

    I walked in with no expectations on a busy Saturday afternoon, to enquire about a fix for my bike. Despite the crowd, I was quickly attended to and the fix was applied to my bike within a few minutes. Min was the one who replaced the front wheel nut though he didn’t stop at just doing that. He looked at the bike with his expert eyes and proactively went about deploying some “quick” adjustments to the brakes, seats and such. The bike felt much better after his tweaks! It’s service like this beyond just lovely hardware that makes the overall Brompton brand experience a great one. Kudos to the wonderful people at Brompton Funan. They should be acknowledged for their positive attitude and sincere service. Thank you.

    My relationship has started with BJ many months back with troubleshooting, servicing and tuning my bikes where I got to know some really great peeps such as Daniel, Karen, Keith, Jasper, Tram, Leon and the other friendly peeps but I am so sorry and guilty I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, paiseh… …

    Be it solving issues caused by my own itchy fingers or by other places, they have never shunned me off and tried their best to find the solution for me. Jasper is mainly the guy who handles my bikes now and he really remembers what I like best by actually pre-tuning my new bike which I had collected yesterday to the perfect sweet spot. And Keith always has the solutions to all the tricky issues… I am very much surprised when the other friendly staff whom greeted me by my name even. I was like WOW you know my name too!!! This again made my visits there always memorable and enjoyable. Kudos and keep it up guys!!!

    Eventhough there were no slots opened to purchase, walked in to take a look at the bikes. Was approached by this lady in her 50s. Asked her a few questions and thought that she will just answer and get on with her things. But no, she explained A to Z regarding the brompton. Showcase us how to unfold/fold, and even when about to leave, told us to scan the qr code to check regularly for any slots/opening. Very very helpful. Brompton Junction is very lucky to have her.

    Superb after sales service. I called to ask if I could get gear issue fixed, and they let me go to the shop without appointment as it was their off peak timing. They not only fixed gear issue quickly in less than 15 mins but also found a loosening brake which they also fixed and taught me how to maintain. Best of all, it was done free of charge. Thank you!

    Alex from the store was super helpful and patient. I was indecisive between 2 colors of the roll top bag for my Brompton, and even told Alex he can go attend other customers. He reassured me that it’s ok to take time to consider and he wants make sure I will be happy with my choice. He even took out a bike in the color that I have and offered to take photos of the bags attached to it with me sitting on the bike to see which ones suit me better.     I have a Brompton P Line which I bought from overseas when it was not made available in Singapore. Rec’d an email recently to visit Brompton Junction to have the front wheel nut replaced and Sunday (22/05) was the first time I stepped into Brompton Junction in Funan.

    My husband and I were very pleased with the after-sales service we received from Min, despite us not having made our purchase from there.
    Though we went there with the sole purpose of having the wheel nut replacement, Min impressed us by taking his initiative to do a check on my bike and fixed everything up to ensure I can enjoy my ride better, safer and more comfortable. We ended up making a purchase in appreciation for his superb customer service.

    Min is a rare gem in Singapore’s retail industry. His amicable and helpful disposition and enthusiasm make customers pleased with the brand. He is definitely an asset to the company!

    I had went down to Brompton Junction Singapore today with the intention to defer purchase of the T Line to a later date but I met my “nemesis” called Karen there.

    Jokes aside, Karen did not point a gun to my head and force me to buy; on the contrary she was extremely patient and comprehensive with her explanations about the T Line model. Not only did she not gave me any disgusted look when I asked her many questions or that I took up a lot of her time serving me, in fact she served me with a smile and even gave me time to walk away to ponder about buying it.

    In the end, all I can say is that she made me a happy and sad buyer. Karen, thanks to you that I spent money making myself happy with a new T Line. You are so good at what you do! I’ll come again for sure.

    Came down yesterday with my husband and was served by this kind lady by the name of Nadiah. (hope I got your name right!) My husband wanted to get a bicycle and was approached by her. She was very knowledgeable and knows the specs to a tee. Despite lots of questions and concerns, she was not persuasive and instead took into consideration on our purpose of using the bicycle and hence directed us to a practical type. We were ultimately impressed and actually considered on getting a 3sixty bike, but decided to splurge on Brompton instead. Immediately went home to try it; not an ounce of regret getting from here!     I went to Brompton Junction on 15 June 2022, Alexander; a mechanic, serviced both my Brompton bicycles (S2R & M6LX)

    While he was tuning it, I could not help but notice that the way Alexander tuned it was very thorough. He had checked it down to every detail and made sure that it was checked and safe to ride which made me feel safe that my Brompton bicycles are in good hands.

    After tuning my Brompton bicycles, when I asked for advice on how to better maintain my Brompton bicycles, he was very friendly and willing to give me advice. He also explained his advices. I thought that the advices he gave me was very good and realistic.

    Overall, I think that Alexander is a very good and experienced mechanic as well as very friendly, welcoming and happy to give advices. If I were to go to Brompton Junction to service my Brompton bicycles, I would like to have him to service my Brompton bicycles.

Furthermore, it is very relax and comfortable to be attended by Daniel which I experience zero sense of pressure.     I wasn’t there to buy nor service a Brompton. my bike tyre ws flat, it was relatively early in the morning and I couldn’t find anyone with a tyre pump who could help me. one of the Brompton shop employees very kindly got a pump from his shop and walked with me to where my bike was parked to pump my bike’s tyres. i’m super grateful for his kindness!

    My first visit to junction’s experience was totally unexpected. Alex who attended to my bike was as if it’s his baby. Patiently explain to me all the safety aspects before adjusting the relevant parts. My experience is like fish got into water. A handyman myself can tell he handled his tools with great precision and confidence. Thank you Alex. You make my day. I will certainly love my Brompton more because of you.

    Bought a new Brompton bike from them. Collection is a different day from payment which is fine. But very different Customer experience from point of sales to collection.

    Upon inspection of the bike, Firstly, bike is not wiped down properly, feedback a dent on the shifting/brake cable. Replied it’s unavoidable. Given a manual book randomly, seeing the serial number sticker on the manual book, request my new bike own manual book. Replied manual book are generic. (Wonder what is the point of sticking the serial number onto the book in the first place). Request for a box which comes with the bike (in case for oversea travel), replies they don’t keep and threw away the box, but go and find a not so good condition box nevertheless. Request for the sponge to protect the hinges, again replied don’t have but found one in the end.

    I believe Brompton Junction is the largest Brompton dealers in Singapore in term of Brompton sales volume. I also believe there are customers requesting the box/ sponge like me, be it from local customers or oversea customers. I believe Brompton Junction can better handle the collection process and make a better buying experience for its customers. At least I have collected my new bike. Disclaimer. My attitude to the staffs has been friendly.

    I think it’s very difficult to give a high rating to a shop that provides decent service and a great range of products, but is so strapped for supply to meet the obviously overwhelming demand that they can’t sell you a bicycle unless you make an appointment. And appointments cannot be made past June, and all the slots until then have been taken up – please, it really isn’t a customer-centric experience to ask us to continue to check your Facebook page for when the appointments open again so we can join the other keyboard ninjas in racing for a slot. So really this place isn’t anything more than a free bicycle museum (see but cannot purchase).

    Brompton junction singapore is top notch… I went yesterday and today to get different bike fixed and the service staff do more than what is required … firstly a staff jasper help me to fixed the gear shifter and he patiently try to resolve despite skipping his dinner … turns out the issue is that the gear shifter plastic expand due to heat and need to use sandpaper to make it smooth … today I went with another bike and a staff min help me to fixed the p line front wheel nut replacement but he also extend his help by doing tuning!

    Buying Pizza – in 10 minute wait walked round to Brompton Junction. Admired bikes. Took pictures of critical part to compare to my bike. Bought latching mechanism at a reasonable price.     I was there by appointment with my friends today at BJ Funan. While most of the staff there were friendly and helpful but there is this one guy worth mentioning – his name is Alexsander.
    Although the shop has some crowd but Alexander patiently help us in selecting the specs and colours by going through his list (oh man…I can’t recall how many times he kept repeating the available colours n spec at stock).

    I am incredibly pleased with his quality of customer service provided to us and his attitude towards his work is on an entirely different level. Good going!

    Did I say we ended up bought 3 Brompton bikes?

    I needed some change to my brake levers and was attended by mechanic Keith. He helped me to change it and even did some fine adjustments to my Brompton parts due it being loose after many mileage on it even though I did not request him to do so.

    Very knowledgeable and willing to advise you when you ask him on certain queries.

    Arrived at Brompton Junction today for my 1st servicing and l was attended by Alex. He was very friendly and accommodating. After explaining to him what was wrong with my Brompton bike, he leaped into action. He explained to me in details what went wrong and even replaced a faulty part free of charge.     I went in to check on colours and availability for the different handle bars. Natalie assisted and went the extra mile to check the system and see what is available. She even advised me on the different speed.
    When the bike is due for collection, she slowly go through the bike unfold and fold process and make sure I understand.
    Natalie go through the bike exterior inspection with me.. part by part of the bike making sure there are no scratches on it. Indeed is unboxing happiness!

    Highly recommend going to Brompton Junction to service your Brompton. Alex is FANTASTIC!!!!! He went beyond his call of duty. I went in to change my tyres, inner tubing and also the reflective strip. Alex realised that my brakes need some adjustments and spent considerable amount of time adjusting it.     My husband and I ordered our 1st Brompton from BJS and had a very pleasant experience there. Special shout out to Karen Yeong who helped us with our selection and explained the process and timeline very clearly. When it was time to collect our bikes, she was also there to follow-up with us and made sure that we tested the bike to ensure everything is ok. She was very patient and answered all our questions clearly and provided us with some options. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helped us with installing the light and seat for our bikes.

    I did some reading online prior to my appointment to better understand why these bikes are so much more expensive than others foldies. At Brompton Junction, Alex was patient and sheds more details on handling the bikes. While I was struggling to decide S bar or M bar, there was no pressure. Just time given for me to consider.

    I would say owning a Brompton is like owning a Mini Cooper. You get to custom the bike to your style. You get continental comfort with the premium price. You get premium service from the team. Alex delivered that.

    I should also compliment the new appointment allocation. Booking on a Sunday where most people should be free, after dinner time. 6 months wait for next appointment is fair. Perhaps even longer will be good. It lets genuine buyer know their appointment is secured so you don’t need to get it through scalpers.

    The par excellence of the H6L was matched pound for pound by Alexander’s customer service, attention to detail and post purchase follow-up. On the day of my appointment, he patiently walked me through all aspects of the bike, including letting me have a recorded demo of unfolding and folding the bike. He was extremely patient with all my queries. His mastery of the product was simply remarkable and I immediately knew why waiting to buy the bike was worthwhile.

    Post purchase, Alex took it upon himself to check on how the bike was, as I needed an extended seatpost which the store didn’t have in stock. He provided me recommendations on where I could pick that up and told me what were fair prices for the same given what resellers were expecting.

    Overall, this has been the best customer experience I have had in buying anything. Hence its befitting that this long post is the first for me. Not only have I finally got a bike that is a dream to ride, I also made a friend who is genuinely a star! Thanks Brompton team!

    We were served by Brompton Junction’s MinZi, he was very friendly and went the extra mile to help us diagnose the issues with our Brooks Saddles and ultimately manage to troubleshoot and fix it! We were very delighted and it resolved an issue that has been bothering us for quite some time.

    Prior to this, we were turn down by quite a few technicians that did not bother to even diagnose the issue or put in any effort to try to fix. They simply brush us off saying that it’s user problem, normal for the saddle to slant to one side and that nothing can be done to rectify the issue. Basically telling us to live with it. Very distasteful encounter with such technicians.

    We are truly very glad to be served by MinZi and appreciates his dedication to resolve our issues.

    We purchased my wife’s Brompton’s this month. Alex who assisted us was not only very professional but also very intentional and personal as well in helping my wife not only in choosing the colors of the brompton but also the bag that could fit her laptop for work.

    My wife last cycled about 10 years ago on our trip to Malacca to a Rambutan village tour and she had a minor accident. She had been scared to cycle ever since then.

    Alex was very patient and demonstrated how to open and close the brompton and allowed this to be recorded on video so my wife could use this as a reference point.

    Later he also recommended a bag that could fit the color of her brompton which caused her to like the brompton even more. She started off with the mindset that likely even if I purchase this for her, she did not know how often we are going to use this. As we felt it was hard for her n even myself in coordinating a 6 speed as we would have to use 2 hands, we got the 3 speed even though there are not many Alex managed to provide us with 2 options for 3 speeds.

    Recently after our first cycle, she felt more confident and by the next cycle she was able to close and open the bike by herself. After we added a bobike mini seat (again recommended by Alex) which allowed us to bring our son with us, she now recommends cycling for our outings. What amazed me is the transformation from not wanting to cycle to a cycling lover again. Even she was surprised with the shift of her mental model.

    Thus it is only right that this commendation be given to Alex and his team in the areas of service given in the areas he and his team can control. I see sometimes they are bashed on Facebook for not having enough Brompton’s and long wait times however this is a worldwide problem and we have to accept that they can only do best in the areas they can control. There is no point picking on areas that are outside their control.
