This mall is unique in a sense that it houses the Eagle Eye Centre, numerous eateries/shops, a minimart and a posh cinema. I watched a few movies at the Eagle Cinema – Premium Lounge. The cinema is not big, but it has a lot of leg room. There is space for a few small side tables and table lamps in each row of seats. However, in my recent visit, I couldn’t place my leg comfortably as the table was getting in the way. I was sitting in the middle row as such it’s a little squeeze. The best seat is at the extreme end as there’s more space. You get to watch a movie while having your lunch/dinner. Free flow of hot & cold drinks are available while waiting. You’re free to get refill during lunch/dinner. It’s a worthy experience for anyone who has never been to such a cinema.

A different shopping centre in the neighbourhood. Small and snug, with a variety of shops from cinema to food (four fingers, carls junior, eaglewing loft, royal thai, Japanese, carara) to animal service shops and beauty salons.

I feel in my humble opinion that the shopping centre is pretty much a confused destination. It tries hard to put into place various services and retail experiences for a certain a group of consumer. Pretty much a mix and match effort with little potential for further development given the limited space at-hand.

The mall has a confusing layout and the Main entrance is hard to find. There are a decent number of shops in the area but not much. The only way to get to B1 of the mall is through the lift. There are many stores outside and there is a cinema here. It is convenient for the local residents and Ngee Ann Poly students to come by. Overall, an decent mall.

For what it is – this mall redefines KAP as a chic hangout with modern amenities, though part of it will always play catch-up as a transplanted shadow of its former glory. For anyone who frequented in the 90’s/2000’s, many priceless memories were forged at the iconic 2-storeyed MacDonald’s, and spacious Cold Storage below. Even the mere memory of that quaint video rental shop brings back some nostalgic flashbacks, emblematic of the zeitgeist that’s come to past. Many old stories must have been buried with this renewal, and yet more new ones will be forged; but the name “KAP” will always mean something to those who’ve been graced by it.

Place is small, and shops there can have quite expensive price range. Convenient place for KAP Residences but there’s no supermarket. 2nd level houses all the classes and services like music lesson etc. Theres Cow play cow moo here but not a smart place to set up considering there’s so little traffic in the mall because its just too small and cramp. Not much shopping to be done here. Can’t even kill time. Mainly here for Carl’s jr and 4fingers. There’s Eagle Wings Cinema but their prices are slightly higher than cathay. So dk whether good enough to try or not, since this is a stand alone cinema.

Mall has an unique mix of shops that differentiates it from the other more “run of the mill” malls. They have a cinema, host of specialist clinics and F&B outlets. There’s also a claw machine shop with a rather unique name – cow play cow boo (go figure!)

Shops/mall itself is pet friendly. There is a restaurant that welcomes pets. However, most of the F&B establishment have very limited seats and most of them are geared towards doing take-aways. We were unaware as it was our first visit to the mall. We settled for Carl’s Junior in the end as we were able to secure seats there. Do plan and check ahead if you wish to have a dine-in option.
