My working place
Area this area there is a park connector where one can walk to a place call kallang (about7 km) which have a mrt station call kallang mrt station.
Recommend brisk walk / photo taking along the way, between 8 to 9 am. By the time you reached you can also walk to the kallang stadium for lunch.

The best depot in Singapore.
The subway facilities in Singapore go to all corners of Singapore, and there is a subway almost every two minutes, but it is a bit crowded during busy hours. Tickets are also very cheap, about 2 Singapore dollars for a trip
新加坡的地铁设施开往新加坡的各个角落，而且几乎每两分钟就有一趟地铁，只不过繁忙时间较多人而有点挤而已。车票也很便宜，大概2新币一趟行程

Edited to add: and to those people who dont know what a depot is, it is a “carpark” for the trains! No public is allowed inside! Only the staffs and contractors are allowed in. Need to go through security checks, so no, you cannot take trains from this, or any other, train depot!

They told me the bus was coming in 5 minutes and in the end I waited for 20 minutes

Work place that turns hard work into money.
Too many MRT breakdowns; lax security, vandalism frequent.
The Singapore metro system is undoubtedly one of the best in the world.
The city-state is small and is one of the most expensive in the world, so taxis are quite expensive.
So the metro is the best option since the distances are short. For tourists they offer the service of the myrna Singapore pass which you can buy at any train station costs $26 Singapore dlls or the equivalent of 20 American dlls. You give those $26 dlls as a deposit when you return the card you will get 10 dlls back and it has 10 dlls preloaded.
If you want to travel to the island of sentosa where the universal studios are, you have to get off at the sentada station and pay $5 dlls that is not included but everything that is Singapore does come.
With 25 dlls that you have on your card it is enough to travel to the main attractions such as the merlion plaza the Singapore flyer marina bay sands orchid road etc…..
If you like, you can put a little more since the lines can be long to recharge or buy tickets, so it is best to make your itinerary of where you are going to travel in advance and thus have the budget to enter it into your Singapore pass.
The service is very clean and fast, as I said, the fastest and cheapest option to travel within the city.
El sistema de metro de Singapur es sin duda uno de los mejores del mundo.
La.ciudad-estado es pequeña y es de las más caras a nivel mundial por lo que los taxis son bastante caros.
Así que el metro es la mejor opción ya que las distancias son cortas. Para los turistas ofrecen el servicio de la myrna Singapore pass la cual la compras en cualquier estación de tren cuesta $26 dlls de Singapur o lo equivalente a 20 dlls americanos esos $26 dlls los das como deposito cuando regreses la tarjeta te regresan 10 dlls y cuenta con 10 dlls precargada.
Si quieres viajar a la isla de sentosa donde esta el universal studios tienes que bajar en sentada station y pagar $5 dlls esa no viene incluida pero si viene todo lo que es Singapur.
Con 25 dlls que tengas en tu tarjeta es suficiente para viajar a las principales atracciones como lo son la merlion plaza el Singapore flyer marina bay sands orchid road etc…..
Si gustas puedes poner un poco más ya que las filas se pueden hacer largas para recargar o comprar boletos así que lo mejor es que hagas por adelantado tu itinerario de adonde vas a viajar y así tener el presupuesto para ingresarlo a tu Singapore pass.
El servicio es muy limpio y rápido como dije la opción más rápida y económica para viajar dentro de la ciudad.
