Giving a 5 star rating for the cashier at level 1, Ms Candy lim lai kiam. Despite all the messy apps , discount code etc these days, she managed it very well.
The counter is obviously not ergonomic friendly for the staff.
Can you imagine packing a heavy item over a high top table?

This saleslady don’t want to be disturbed while she is arranging her display, she is not happy when people asked her, and when I forgot to tell her that I need to separate the bill she give me that black face. If you are unhappy with your job you can quit. Good thing The chinese lady cashier came to the rescue she is very approachable. I stay nearby so most of the time bought some stuff here. Only unfortunate today to encounter the first saleslady
Today visited your outlet, and I’m very happy with the customer service from retail staff (forgive me i forget her name) standing around the aisle near bosnia bag section, and, wow, she’s chinese but speak fluent malay and very patient with me and my mom, as i’m trying to figure out which one is better for her. The same staff really know what she selling and understand her products 100%. She even explain to me about the membership part. Than went to the cashier, Ms Nissha also gave an excellent customer service experience. Today visit, was a 10/10 definitely coming back and thank you. Made my day really.

It is easy to take the MRT, alight at Choa Chu Kang and walk just a few steps to get to the Lot One Shoppers Mall where this BHG store is located.
Now as far as outlets go, this one is on the smaller side and it is showing its age, but the sales are attractive so why not pop in for a look? I found some of my favorite everyday tees for $8, which is less money than if I bought fabric and thread and sewed them myself, but I didn’t buy any because the ones I bought 6 months ago are still good!
Then because I was looking for a gift, I found a nice men’s shirt on sale. The employee in that department was very helpful in finding the size I needed.
This store has a small but well chosen selection of footwear as well as casual clothing. It is good for quick browsing. I would not say it is easy to maneuver a stroller around, however, so there is that. Overall, a decent place to pick up basics.
