Haven been to this place for a long time and was pleased to say the place is still like before. They made a little changes though. The braun buffel store have shifted from the center to the other corner nearer to one of the entrance. As I was there to shop for a wallet where I usually goes for BB. I went to asked one of the staff where have the BB store gone to, and the friendly staff gladly brought me right to the store front.
I was actually hoping for some sort of promo but unfortunately there isn’t any. . But well, still gonna get it as my current is really in a very bad shape.
Overall a very pleasant shopping experience with BHG. I hope they keep it up and remain open as during these bad times, many big companies are struggling to survive.

Vikneswary is very helpful and provide excellent service on payment,
I bring my 80+ yr old mom here every year to buy CNY clothes (level 2). The service here is tip top. The promoters know what to recommend and are very patient with the elderly. The clothes are also very low maintenance, reasonably priced and good cut meant for the elderly. Used to shop at OG but find it over-priced now. Special thanks to the staff called Venis and another lady from Patch (sorry can’t remember her name).

When I ask for recommendations with detailed explanations on which product is more suitable, the staff who attended to me don’t seem to know how to explain. Good variety of merchandise. Went to get a backpack for my daughter. Salesman was knowledgeable but his approach was a bit too creepy-friendly with us. Once you get past that, he’s alright. He did also give an additional discount on top of the store’s discount, so that worked out well.

Great place to do your shopping everything in one roof. Food court located below while there’s some resto on the 2nd floor and outside the premises. If your looking for ATM or pharmacist they are located underground. Some familiar shops, like pandora, Giordano, daiso, guess, skechers etc. I used to go some local delicacies like sweets called tapioca kueh which is located at the end of the building facing Victoria road. Just be aware some of the joints doesn’t accept card, some of them cash only, so if you’re going to shop there. Make it sure bring some cash with you.

Convenient location with variety of baby accessories, cosmetics, fashion, luxury watches and household wares.
Bought 2 x Deep Roast Pans and was asked to pay $0.20 for 1 x plastic bag where most of other shops charge only $0.10. Asked the wrapping station to wrap it in as it was clanging and making noise. Was thinking it will dent by the time I reached home. They say they only provide wrapping if the bill exceeds $80 and above. I said its ok, jus pass me some newspapers and to my surprise, she said there was any.i wonder how do customers buy back glassware if they don’t provide newspapers to wrap fragile goods.

There is one lady staff( I am not sure whether she is a promoter or just sale person) who is very helpful, trying to find the things that we need, pushing a trolley to accommodate us with our things/ equipments bought up till the cashier’s point. This is my favorite department store in Singapore. Cheap prices and kind staff. Not as intimidating as Robinsons. I bought a bag here and the sales man had plenty of knowledge on the whole lot I had to choose from. My go to store for household goods and travel gear.

At first I thought BHG was not around anymore since the first level was not BHG when entered. There are some shops from the entrance and I went to second floor and found BHG still. Shopped some kitchen stuff here. The price still ok eventhough now e-commerce is offering better price with rewards.
There was a queue on payment eventhough it was a weekday noon visit. Well it is a good shopping experience to see the stuff itself rather than buying things online.

A mall that has opened up it’s wings to accomodate more shops & restaurants but the washrooms/toilets badly needs renovation. Basement crowded, maybe needs widening to accomodate the crowd coming in from the MRT. The layout is not suitable for elderly as there is no ramp for them to walk up/down safely. Essentially a tourists & youngsters hangout. There is linkway bridge connecting to Bugis Plus mall, which one can access to the hawker centre from there on.

The service staff at the homeware department this morning are fantastic and truly deserve a compliment for their service. The 2 aunties who served us really went the extra mile – one took a train to taka to retrieve a charles millen bowl we wanted because it was oos at bugis, and the other helped us bring all our purchases down to the carpark. Very grateful for the wonderful service. Shame we forgot to get their names!

It’s kind of like OG department store, as observed, PRC tourists like to shop there. Staff look bored or were chatting among themselves . There’s a mish-mash of products over 3 levels, nothing interesting or exciting to buy there. In fact, if you have absolutely nowhere else to window-shop, then you can drop by to take a look.
Large departmental store spanning across 3 floors at Bugis Junction. Love the layout and the deals! It has a membership system which is pretty unusual (spend & accumulate points for 6m, & only able to redeem these points in blocks of 250 points in the next 6m, pls note that the remaining points get forfeited) but the rewards are quite attractive if you shop here frequently. Giving a 4 because I recently bought from BHG Online (a pretty new platform, only about a year old) & sent some queries over email, but received NO response at all. Had to clarify my queries over the customer service counter at BHG Bugis instead. Received my BHG parcel on the 5th working day.
Note #1: Even if you are an existing BHG member, you will still have to create a new BHG Online account for online purchases (?!). In order to earn points, do ensure that you indicate in your online order, the same mobile no. that you use for your existing BHG account. Not sure why didn’t integrate the 2 systems together yet at this age and time, sigh.

This is a very big shopping mall in the heart of Singpaore. It has many comestics shopes. There are also a variety of food options to choose from in this outlet. It is convenient to get to from the nearby bugis mrt station. It is a great place to hang out with friends and families on the weekends. Overall, had a great experience here.

Quite a busy shopping mall appeal for youngsters as most of the stores here are selling goods suitable for them. Its an eye opening for old folks like us to find whats the youngsters like nowadays. I too like some of the stores selling clothings that are suitable for us. There are a handful of eateries/restaurants at the basement here too. Food is not too bad. Good place to spend your Saturday afternoon here as there are alot to see and shop.

1. Went to shop yesterday March 26 (Sat) and passed by this lady Mirasol and caught my attention because of her voucher for the facial . I dont know her brand and actually I am heading to another popular brand but I gave her the chance to introduce her product. She was patient to explain and did some trial on my face with focus on my eyes as main problem.
I must admit I was impressed with Origani. With the trial, I have seen that my dark eyes lightened up and so as for the face as well. I was just suppose to buy one set but ended up buying another product for the eyes, though is a bit expensive I am willing to give it a try as the first trial gave me good result. Truly admired her being so helpful and honest not to put a lot but just small amount as it will still give the same result and not to waste the product. In short she wants to give value to what I spent and not just to finish it faster and come back for another sale. This is remarkable and an extra mile of asking her superior to go out for a while to send me to MRT station as I was carrying a lot. You are indeed sales person with a heart. If you give value to your customer, they would certainly keeps on coming back, provided quality is not at stake. Hope this will truly work for me to see you again and again. 2. Olivia Tongol – I rejected the upgrade the last last time visit for $50 membership upgade. Yesterday, she did offer again as she was able to recognized me, but without a push and explained patiently again the benefits of upgrading. With her sincerity and humble approach I was convinced and took the offer. What was remarkable and I am so pleased was she assisted me to go to the customer service to get the vouchers for that upgrade even sacrificing delaying her break time and further introduced me to the another lady who can assist me when I am ready to use the vouchers. Simple things but I was delighted. Truly doing an extra mile to make your customers delighted. Thumbs up and keep up the good work.
Lastly to Myra from the same Beauty Library. She introduced that brand of organic toothpaste which I am not familiar with. But since the price is not that expensive compare to the other brands I am used to, I still bought 2pcs to have a try as I was convinced by her explanation on the good things about the product. Take note, this is a sale without a push but just simply explaining the good things about it so I decided to buy. I will try this and if this is really good I will come back.

Great place to do your shopping everything in one roof. Food court located below while there’s some resto on the 2nd floor and outside the premises. If your looking for ATM or pharmacist they are located underground. Some familiar shops, like pandora, Giordano, daiso, guess, skechers etc. I used to go some local delicacies like sweets called tapioca kueh which is located at the end of the building facing Victoria road. Just be aware some of the joints doesn’t accept card, some of them cash only, so if you’re going to shop there. Make it sure bring some cash with you.
Nice place. Too floor got kid’s toys and apparels. Easy to grab a gift.
Great selection at level 1 beauty library of wellness items
Nicely updated department store. The easy stop is the Welcia outlet on the ground floor directly next to the entrance. Welcia is a Japanese-based health and beauty chain. This location has a larger selection than the outlet in basement level Raffles City, prices seem a bit better as well. At this outlet you will find larger selection of health food items. Rest of BHG has men’s wear on level 2, including a G2000 stall, and a Levi’s stall, and a large selection of beauty products on ground floor.
Used to be one of my favourite place to shop for baby , toddler and household product. But after it reopened in Phase 2, they removed most of the baby product, only left some major brand.
Popular department store in Bugis. Wish there are more seats for me to sit while waiting for my wife to shop.
Cashier very helpful. Store should provide shopping bags during sales period. Unable to carry several items so I discarded a few deem unnecessary. Thats lost sales.
Very helpful staff who go all the way to make sure customers get what they want. Could also tell that they look out for one another from the way they mobilise themselves to find a piece of clothing based on customers’ requirements. Totally impressed by their service standards and attentiveness

The BHG outlet here is big and has a wide section of retail goods and ware. Good that it is still around since we no longer have Metro and Robinson.

The housing department on 3F is great, feels like Tangs. Good selection of household appliance, good pillow gallery. Another place to shop other than Tangs, Robinson…… bold move.

BHG Dept store is pretty prominent in Bugis Junction which sells lots of things. My favourite is of course the toys department. Saw variety of toys and some are priced reasonably for example a drone was going for $29.90 only and a car woth remote cost $10. I actually bought 1 eadh and played with my kid.

Love the revamped household department which now stocks more brands. The Marmalade Pantry located at L1 is great for a quick bite. Conveniently linked to Bugis MRT station.

5 stars service from Ms Susan Ng . I bought a cheap $9.90 remote control car for my boy. Yes. It’s a cheap item but I request to check if the toy in working condition. I can’t get hold of the other lady name. But both help me throughout ..just for a $9.90 toy. Kudos to them in this retail industry!

Sales attendants are very warm and friendly. Quite a patient bunch especially skilled to handle and chat with the middle age group.

I would like to compliment Braun Buffel sales assistant, Lih Ling who was very helpful, patience and attentive. She made efforts introducing the products, helped me to check for a new piece from another store, informed me promptly when the new piece arrived and even recommend me ways to get more discount via fave pay. She is so sincere and kind. I have a really pleasant shopping experience at BHG because of her.

Many eateries and shopping malls. Its using hybrid method (rural old historical buildings to open shopping center) Located at central business district and is always busy and packed, although its not 24 hours shopping mall. Shops start closing at around 9pm.
Some really good discounts on toys and kids clothing and that too with good quality.

Agree that there is a need for more cahiers! Quite a wait for simple items, especially as there is only one counter for all the cosmetics section. You have to wait for the counter you’re buying from to hand-write a ticket, which you then take you the cashier (wait in queue) then go back to the cosmetics counter to pick up your item after you’ve paid.

Quiet good variety but service is rather lacking somewhat neighbourhood shop standard which is very surprising given the location and the brands they carry. Crowd was a little concerning too.
