I would like to commend Mr David Ng, IT department, for his excellent customer service and his patience, especially in sharing his knowledge and expertise of the laptops, when I was browsing on 8/7/22.
Have purchased quite a few products from Best Denki, so far no issues. The good thing is that I was able to use fave + grab pay so I had “double” the rewards. Separately, just wanna give a shout out to the staffs at JP branch! Wanted to get a dell charger as I lost mine but the staffs actually advised me to get it from the official dell store as they noticed that the laptop is my company’s.
Was looking for tv and visit this new outlet. The new showroom is wide and spacious than the old showroom in Jurong point. I was fortunate enough to be served by JEtt and he is very knowledgeable on the led tv and provide good advice on the size for the hdb flat. Without any doubt I will revisit this outlet in future for electrical appliances.
