I like the dumplings with soup as shown in the picture. $4.50 with 5 dumplings, black fungus, noodles, vegetables and braised beancurd. I would top with ginger strips.
There is mobile payment in case you run out of cash.
You need to order first and be given a ticket number. If it is not so crowded, you can collect your food pretty fast upon your number being called out.

A shopping area in an old HDB estate that is popular with residents and workers in the Kallang industrial district . . . houses a hawker center and wet market that sells fresh seafood, poultry and vegetables. The mall has many old 50s style mom&pop shops offering a wide variety of household goods, garments, shoes, etc.

This place is not enclosed just like a food court. It has no air-conditioning. Some food stalls are very popular with locals and travellers alike. Human traffic is heavy as it is located beside Boon Keng MRT. Parking lots are plentiful. Popular hours are lunch and dinner times.

If you want to know about the daily activities happening at one of Singapore’s heartland this is the right place.

Accessible by subway North-East Line train service alighting at Boon Keng Station.

This is a residental mall without aircon to serve the residents living in Bendemeer, Boon Keng and Towner areas. It has a wet market and hawker centre next to it.

This mall consists of two rows of two-storey shops with a sheltered walkway with seats which are usually occupied by the senior citizen residents.

In this mall’s ground floor you can find pawn shops, Chinese medical shops, hardware shops, fruit shops, daily necessity shops, hair dressing saloons, apparel shops, mobile phone retail and servicing shops, bake and sell bakeries, a bank, a joss paper and.incense store and two coffee shops located side by side.

This is one of the housing board type of shopping mall. A small mall selling all kinds of essentials to meet your family once. The things here can be considered quite cheap n value for money. Swee Heng bakery has a store here which is very popular in this neighbourhood. Opposite Swee Heng, there is yet another bakery selling their buns at $1each. Here youmust try their Curry potatoes bun, otah bun, kaya bun and coconut bund.their pandan cake which selling at $4 each. These are a few that our family likes. Take a walk here which is just above Boon Keng MRT Station and it is also air con. The whole mall is air con though it is not as cold as any shopping centre but it is cool enough for a short walk here to past your time.
