It’s the residential shopping mall for Balmoral road and areas near newton mrt. There are many classes for children like art, kumon, Chinese, taekwondo, secondary school classes. There is a kindergarten school as well. With regards to eating options there are a few. Spizza, Fish and chips, Thai food and waffle town. We have a seven eleven and wine connection as well.
