A covered basket ball court and an older outdoor court, three Badminton courts, Table Tennis, kids play area, indoor play areas and restaurants and classes and activities for the residents. A pretty well equipped Community club for the Ayer Rajah residents.
Karaoke pass time .
Love the sheltered basketball court, just had a very negative experience with a staff member being extremely and unnecessarily rude and aggressive in letting me know the court was closed for the day.

Newly renovated with newer facilities and eating places downstairs and air-con study rooms on 2nd flour, looks cool! And many more activity room and music room on 2nd floor as well. A well equipped CC.

Only went there for the indoor basketball court, alot of people but net and hoops were nice. The indoor part is just another plus. Perfect place for ballers who love to socialize and challenge others but bad location for someone that wants to practice alone or play with their friends without any disturbance.

Visited this heart lander community hall. A good place, clean and staff are helpful.
A very well rounded facility. It has indoor and outdoor basketball courts, indoor badminton courts, function rooms and karaoke rooms, just to name a few. Courses are offered here and badminton courts are reservations only. Food and dessert stores are also in the vicinity.

Nice place to rest your tired feet. This new-gen CC has a laid back air. Surprisingly quiet on most days. PA counter staffs not as “auntie” but nevertheless still a bit “local.” Food outlets offer value for money food with a tinge of class. Tenderbest, trying to give KFC a run for their money. But still “kurang” la. Service was better. Pandan and Teban residents yearning for a one km getaway sees this as their paradise. Definitely world apart from Teban Mall – a throwback to the Jurong of 1960s. Yaks

I have my workout here on Mon.Wed.and Fri.for more than two hours.Treadmill at 4.5km/hr.at level 3 for 2kmRowing machine 500 rows,cycle 10km.
Officers there are all very friendly and the place is very very clean. Hope that there would be more shops open there.

The inside of the Community Centre is wheelchair and elderly friendly too. Soothing on eyes and therapeutic with the water fountain. Cozy because of the sofa outside of the recept office and also there are tables and chairs near the fountain and other facilities.

Is a place for people to mingle and to relax.
Surprise to bump into a Passion Gym on the 3 level. And the gym trainer is very strict. I like it. He stick to his rule of max 20 users at a time. Well done. Here are the membership fee and rate for anyone who want to workout here. Cheers.

Today, Ayer Rajah CC hosted Merdeka Generation Package Presentation with Ms Foo Mee Har our Adviser sharing the Sunday afternoon with us. Ms Foo, our MP have added more to the package only for Ayer Rajah Residents, like Cash Card for discounts at retail outlets, coffee shops and F&B at the CC. More so with free complimentary use of Gym, selected courses, nominal fees for our out and about events. This is above our National Merdeka Package. Thanks to the organising team, for this event benefiting senior generation citizens like me. Do come to Ayer Rajah CC and join us.

Relatively modern, lively community club in the West part of Singapore. A few F&B places, tenderfresh, ice cream and yoguet shops etc. Many activities and programmes for the residents nearby. Bonus factor is that there is also a POSB ATM.

A cosy and nice community center with a lot of amenities and friendly people. The restaurant on the ground floor is quite good. There are a lot of Interest Groups to join to and loads of activities for elderly.

Ayer Rajan CC is a really great place to exercise and play basketball. But, you need to fix the water cooler at the basketball court. It’s been a bout 2 weeks and the water cooler is not yet fixed.

Compared to the facilities of community club that I have at my area, i can only say WOW! This place have a sheltered airy basketball court, 3 badminton courts and two hip looking cafe. I have not even ventured to the rest of compound but it has already impressed me. The toilets could be cleaner though and could do with a changing room. There is a changing room in the badminton court but it was locked. Overall, good feel about the place. How I wish my CC have an airy sheltered or indoor basketball court.

Great place to play a good game of Badminton. There are 3 time courts. Nets are provided. There’s a basketball court as well. The community centre consists with other activities as well. There are few restaurants near by.

Love this place.. Pretty ulu ulu aka remote…. Very tranquil and peaceful environment…. The western restaurant, Tender best is great… Food quality may be average but the ambience is excellent in my opinion.. Will go there again someday to try out KEK seafood restaurant
