For a premium brand, covid has done it wrong… would expect a much better customer experience with car delivery properly cleaned and cared for during service, but that wasnt the case… the washing is now a brushless machine which in a couple mins does almost nothing… vacuum car? Nopes… clean the dash, steering, etc and make it more presentable? Guess that’s asking too much… Still it was a fast same day service delivery, so that’s a plus… but got to love the remarks! Such as: tyres still above 3mm depth and good condition and asking me if I should swap them already… as I said no then get a note as : “front tyres at 3mm, not changed per customer request”… must be a new fear tactic to make more easy money
Overall, would simply expect more of a premium brand… felt I could have much better service in private workshops rather then official brand…

Modern facilities and great service
Over the years, this place has been changing, improving and recently renewed. However, waiting is the only constant. Whether you arrive at appointment time, or collecting your vehicle there will always be a wait. Well, maybe that’s why the design of the lounge is very cozy and lots of place for you to do your own thing.

Professional and knowledgeable staff, good customer service, nice decor. The pantry aunty serves good coffee and cookies while waiting. Wifi is fast. Location is not convenient though, considering the need to make trips to send in the car, go to work and come back to pick up the car in the evening.

Really varies among service staff. If you’re handed a lousy nonchalant service advisor then good luck to you! sadly mine is so. Won’t mention names here. When you go for servicing they keep on emphasising on servicing track record (which mine was perfect) but when problems come after warranty, they shirk responsibility.

Want to say a big thank you to the Audi technician Chan (Ubi) who fixed the scary screeching sound on my A3 today. He knew straight away what the problem was. Probed the brake disk and out came a stone! Problem fixed! Thank you Mr. Chan!

Recently brought my A3 in for some issues with the gearbox and reverse camera. Was served by Mr Chan who provided excellent service. He provides timely updates on the car and comprehensive explanation for my enquires. Keep up the good work!
Little disappointed after reading all the hype in the news about the new center launch. Upon arrival in the morning, it was quite messy and nobody really served me until I had to like forcefully asked for help. I was told to park at the open carpark which apparently was raining heavily. You would think hotel service means there is some kind of valet? Not sure the difference at all compared to any modern service centers. I guess the layout and renovation seem to provide a hotel ‘feel’ Its still self service where you order your drinks at the counter which is pretty much like most modern car center. Everything I read on the press release of this new center was not felt. If anything I prefer the higher ceiling and convenience at Alexandra. The price for Oil change for 4 litres is $400 exclude gst which is easily 3 to 4 times outside. the Castrol Oil itself upon checking cost $70 so the rest is labour. If your repair is not under warranty I find the price hard to justify.
Easy to find
I haven’t been here for a few years and they still treat me with respect when I return. This place has been remodeled into a five-stars hotel ambience. I’m happy to meet my senior service advisor Mr Lim for a quick catch up and test drive. He’s highly regarded for his experience and professionalism.

Top notch service! The waiting lounge is a nice and cosy place to hangout while we wait for our cars to be serviced or repaired. Hot drinks are available, clean and nice environment.
Fairly decent; don’t expect much from dealers especially in SG.
Problems take awhile to be resolved, but so far they do get resolved.
Appointment bookings are fairly average; slots are usually available within the week if you’re free.
Not every Service Agent is of an equal standard. My guy (Mr Eric Lim) has so far been good and is a hard worker within the limits of what he can do with the dealership.

Audi takes good care of its customers for sure. Service is always professional and waiting here gets pretty pleasant with free coffee/snacks/newspaper/WiFi. As far as repairs and maintenance go through, you will always pay a bit of a premium owing as this is the manufacturer servicing.

Needs to have some sort of ticket system for when customers arrive early in the morning just before opening hours so that the correct person in the queue will be served first.

Have been coming here for the last 4 years for car servicing. It’s a decent looking place with ample seats. Good service every time. Before Covid there was a small bar that serves coffee and snacks but they closed that due to Covid, which is a pity. I stay nearby so it’s really good.
I discovered that the steering wheel on my 2-month old A4 was off-centre and veering to the right when in motion. When the CB was lifted, I sent it in to Ubi Service Centre to get it checked. After leaving the cars there for hours, the steering wheel still veered. I returned to the service centre 3 times on the same day to inform the senior mechanic who attended to me that the problem was not resolved. Each time, the mechanic would take my car away and came back saying that it was rectified. On my third return, I asked the mechanic to follow me in my car and I showed him how bad the situation was. That’s when he told me that this phenomenon was ‘normal’ and could not be corrected’. And he claimed that his ‘foreman’ also concluded that nothing was wrong. He also said that most Audi cars had such issue. Not believing in what he said, I googled and found an advice to check on my wheel alignment. The next day, I went to a workshop in AMK Autopoint, and in less than an hour, my problem was resolved. The steering wheel was straightened and my ride was a lot more comfortable. Of course, this problem was solved after losing $80… Audi really needs to audit the knowledge, standard and workmanship of its mechanics.
