Just disappointed they didn’t have the particular model we went there to chk out, neither for test drive nor even in the showroom to look at. Only had all the higher end models. Did have friendly staff tho.

The car itself is ok. But the UTR Universal Travel recorder provided by audi is a disappointment. It suppose to loop record and overwrite earlier videos when the sd card is full. Unfortunately, Instead of storing the most recent recordings, It has deleted my records the day before and half the day recordings were gone just as I needed it. Surprisingly, my UTR stores ramdom videos in Dec, Jan and early Feb. Nothing of those videos worth keeping.

the best part was driving your car out of the first floor like you’re literally driving out of a showroom.

Pleasant place to look at nice cars. Big showroom with ample free parking. On arrival take the lift up to the showroom floor. The place is also surrounded by car show rooms of other brands. Good to come tongue area to have a look at the multiple dealerships available as a easy “1-stop” shop (small stroll is needed between dealerships).

Very nice car showroom with in-house cafeteria being served. Quiet and cosy meeting rooms. The only set back is limited parking lots. Spacious and one can have a good viewing for all the models being displayed.

Mr. Tan GL helped to introduce the Audi RSQ3 to perfection. From the vehicle specifications & options to the purchase & financing packages. He’s most attentive and patient even when having to deal with my two little monsters.
Audi is brand which I’ve admired from the sideline. And I’ve been hoping to give it a try with their RS performance models. The recent wet weather conditions have made Quattro a necessity rather than a luxury. And having driven the Audi in wet weather conditions instills alot of confidence right from the start.
I’m still considering my options, but Mr. Tan has helped make it a point that Audi is up there on my shortlist. The RSQ3 is a lively car to drive, but a little small in rear for the kids. Might have to start considering their larger models. RSQ8 perhaps?

BUT, FRONT DESK STAFF, the ladies are terrible. Very slow, not responsive, and looking at custoners in a very snobish manner. Very uncomfortable experice, more than one time.
