Sales Rep Ms Kelly at Paya Lebar shop was friendly, patient and provided much needed information regarding the various brands and models. Pleasant experience. Chose the non lever Hafele PP9000 digital push pull handlebar lock (one less moving part to worry about) and paired with auto door closer. She followed up to check installation was smooth and continues to respond to queries promptly post sale. Installer Mr Yeo was professional and completed the work on schedule, giving clear instructions on how to activate the codes etc. Kudos to Ms Kelly and Mr Yeo. Price is competitive with online sellers. Recommended.

Installation were done smoothly although there’s some wifi and Bluetooth error, they managed to send their technical team the following day to resolve the issue. For those looking for digital lock i would suggest to get the solity as they have both Bluetooth and wifi function just make sure u have 2.4g wifi not the mesh router which doesn’t work. Had a wonderful experience with Jocye at A Digital Lock Paya Lebar. She was very friendly and patient in showing us the various models that fit our new home. She had follow up closely and was prompt in addressing my queries on installation day. I also had a good experience with the installer, K.O. He spent time to troubleshoot and setting up the smart lock for us, helped to adjust the door and make sure everything is working fine.

I have ordered the lock from Qoo10 on Sunday, and it was installed on Thursday, a bit of waiting time but it’s ok. Han came to install the lock, took about 45 mins to complete. He did a great job as he is professional, speaks fluent Chinese, asked me to register the lock for warranty and to enable the lock while he was installing the lock. He adjusted my door closer and tested the installed lock several times to ensure the door closes properly. He even swept my floor clean of dust and wood debris. He also taught me to program the master and user pins, fingerprints, and told me that the lock in the coming months will support WiFi. He also ensure that I must purchase and use only Panasonic Evolta AA Alkaline batteries for the lock as these batteries do not leak unlike others. The fingerprint access is efficient, so does the RFID card access. The door handle is well designed as it is easy to hold and push from outside and pull to open from inside the house. However, there are areas for improvement. One is this door lock is a China SKU, as you can tell from the service support number printed on the door handle. Two is that the user manual is in Chinese only, I managed to get the English version through WhatsApp from the Seller.

We have gotten the Kaadas K9 & R6G synchro lock. It really brings us great convenience, as we only need to unlock the gate to open both gate & door. Gone are the days where we have to dig for physical keys, especially when your hands are full.

I had asked my father to stay in the house while Kai Fei was installing. I informed Kai Fei that I am pregnant (I was around week 35 then and visibly pregnant) and that I cannot be around when he is drilling. He was to look for me after he was done with the drilling. He looked for me way before and completed the drilling in my presence, to my shock and surprise and I was not able to escape from it.

Regarding the warranty, the serial numbers were not given to me or shown to me. Only AFTER I had reached out to the sales team (via WhatsApp) about it did they tell me to dismantle the locks and see the serial number. That was very unnecessary as they could have given me the serial numbers or showed it to me during installation IF Kai Fei was not so keen to run away.

I had installed my locks with them. Have been communicating with them via WhatsApp. All was fine with the sales at first (I am not sure who I was liaising with since they don’t address themselves on WhatsApp. However, my invoice had the reference “CL – WA”). However, the installer (Kai Fei) did a rushed job in installation and was not patient in teaching us how to use the locks at all. He claimed he was rushing off somewhere. I am heavily pregnant and told him to only look for me when he was done with the drilling but he looked for me way earlier and drilled in my presence. Anyway, he did not teach everything and I had to search for the answers myself. He did not share important information such as having to use the app to unlock the locks at least once a week in order to keep the Bluetooth enabled (both locks are from Kaadas). He and the Sales team also did not highlight about the warranty registration portion and the timeline for that.

Honestly it felt like they just wanted to close the sales and installation and move on. Anyway I needed help with after – sales matters and they don’t reply to messages promptly or pick up the phone though it is well within operating hours.

Overall it is a very unpleasant experience dealing with them and I feel like they are not thorough in teaching us how to use the locks. Very disappointing experience considering some of the reviews I had read here which made me decide to contact them in the first place.

With any prior knowledge pertaining to digital lock, we went to AN Digital Lock seeking for advice and explore what are the types of lock available in the market. Despite it was very crowded with people at the Paya Lebar showroom, we were assign to Kelly, one of the sales consultant at AN Digital Lock. Kelly was extremely patience in clarifying our doubts and questions. Most importantly what we appreciate about Kelly is that she is not pushy and gave us time to consider. So 3 weeks later, we concluded and went back to look for Kelly to purchase the Philips Digital Locks and Philips Smart Door Viewer. And today we have both our gate and door digital locks installed by Wong. Full of praises for Wong as he is very skilful for the door installation and everything is just seamless for us. Wong is very detailed when explaining to us the usage of the digital locks and smart viewer. Managed to find a digital lock for my single panel glass door from AN Digital Lock Pte Ltd. As it is near end of the year, their staff Kelly tried her best to schedule me into the last slot. Steven who is the installer was very fast and skilfull in setting up everything. Glad to finally have my digital lock properly installed.

Bought the Philip digital lock. Great service and support rendered by Joyce. Installation took a while, because it is a new model but over all it’s working pretty well.

AN Digital Lock was recommended by my neighbor who also had their lock installed. I went to the showroom at Paya Lebar Rd without making any appointment. She’s been so amazing and patient with us, especially when we had to reschedule the the installation a couple of times. All our needs and concerns were properly addressed, and we LOVE our Phillip 5100K and EK6100 – especially with the synchronous unlock feature, again thanks to Kelly for coordinating to ensure that we could have the module in time by our installation date!

The installation service by Wong was great too! Super fast and efficient, plus he was very helpful in walking us through the entire set up system. Was a really nice touch when he swept up all the debris from the drilling and kept your floors clean.

Overall, we are super glad we went with An Digital Lock – did we mention that they have great prices too?!

Had a very pleasant experience with Kelly & Steven on the installation side. First trip to showroom and met with Kelly. Kelly is well versed enough on product knowledge and her recommendations. Pro’s and con’s of each brand of digital lock were being highlighted for our consideration. But, no consideration needed as we’re able to weigh our what is better for our usage. Confirm the purchase together with a mild-steel gate which was found out to be designed by Kelly as well. The whole process was transparent and made clear to us with all the terms & conditions. Updates were being made without asking. The whole time, Kelly was proactive as well.

Overall experience was more than satisfactory. I recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking to explore digital locks and etc. Kelly will guide you through thoroughly. You’ll be in good hands!

Highly recommended because of all staff professionalism and good service. I went to Ubi outlet on Saturday evening. There were a lot of customers, and I had to queue for 30min before I was served. But while waiting, all staff was so polite to assure me that they will assist me asap. Finally, my sales person was Ms Kelly Koh. She really knows her stuff, like the 3-4 ways to get pass the digital lock in even of malfunction / battery flat. Although she unfortunately had no lunch break, she didn’t anyhow sell me her products. She was 100% patient and responsive. On date of installation, my daughter suddenly had fever and I was unable to make it to open the gate for installer Yeo. But I called the company and it was Joyce who gave creative solution and coordinated with Yeo. In the end, I was able to be at the clinic with my daughter while Yeo completed the digital lock job without entering the main door.

This is a late review. I am a owner of the Kaadas digital lock and gate package. I was assisted by Kelly from Tradehub. She is very detailed and explain very well. Helped me understand how to use as a first time user. She is very caring to her customers always ensure that I do not forget what I need to know when I have questions. She is very approachable and very nice to talk to. Makes me feel like talking to a friend rather than a sales person. Post sales and almost one year on and she will always be efficient and prompt when I need help. I have made a second purchase for my new house already and looking forward to her service when my new house comes.

Purchased Solity GSP-2000 & GD-60 Digital Lock for my main door and Gate at Paya Lebar branch. Karin is friendly and very helpful. Installation is two days later and installer is skillful.
After installing notice wifi Smart Bridge doesn’t work when I’m outside. However Karin is once again helpful even after working hours to advise and helped resolved the issue.
Definitely a 5 Star service for the team.

An wonderful experience with AN digital lock! Cynthia was understanding of our doubts and explained with us the many digital locks that are appropriate for my family, particularly with elderly members. Was looking for replacement to our metal gate and locks and chance upon AN digital Lock @ Paya Lebar. Initially, was served by Karin who is patient in explaining different locks and function to us. Didn’t decide to purchase as we were not very certain the gap between our gate and main door was sufficient to fit digital door lock. Went back again a week later and was served by Kelly who is equally patient and knowledgeable in their products. Response from Karin and Kelly from text messages were replied promptly. Finally decided to purchase Solity digital gate and door locks. Delivery was timely and K.O the locks installer was professional and installation was fast and efficient. Very pleased with the purchase from AN digital lock. Highly recommended if you are looking to change your mechanical locks to digital.

Initial visit: Kelly was awesome during the sale. She was patient when explaining the fine details of the whole process. What was even more appreciated was the valuable recommendations, which was particularly helpful when there are many variants of both door, gates and locks.

Installation day: Steven was amazing during the installation. He was friendly and approachable, making candid conversations while remaining focused during the installation. I am not well-versed in Mandarin, and he took the effort to communicate in English as best as he could too. He also took the time to explain the procedures for the fingerprint and keycard registration.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone in need for home gates/doors/locks to An Digital’s Kelly and Steven.

My old digital lock went haywire suddenly, so I sent my query to An Digital Lock at night. Not expecting a response from them till the next working day.
Unexpectedly, Cynthia replied me and answered to my questions. I
purchased the Kaadas x Lamborghini (The Legend) and with her help the next morning, I got my installation appt the following day.
The installer is friendly and experienced. Even though I am expecting some patch up work on the door as it is from old changed to new, the installer did a good job. Well done, An Digital Lock!

During my first visit to An Digital, I was served by a male staff and was very turned off by his service that I left the shop within a short time.

Decided to give An Digital a second try as they are one of the few that provided a good variety of models for you to compare. This time round, I was served by Joyce who was very friendly and informative. She provided key information for me to compare the different models. She gave good insight based on my door and gate design and was not pushy to hard sell. In fact, she knew I would have trouble with a digital gate lock due to the design.

She was responsive via WhatsApp when I encountered a problem which was resolved easily. She even gave a video call to my parents to provide step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. Uncle Yeo, the installer, was efficient and good.
