The staff were amazing when I wanted to get new rims. They were patient with my questions and provided recommendations on quality, performance and aesthetics of the rims and tyres so that I can make an informed decision.
Their track record speaks for itself. Price is arguably a little teeny bit pricey but you’re paying for a service that is fuss-free. I stay nearby so it was a no-brainer for me to head to them.
Just note that the traffic at MEGA@Woodlands is terrible during peak hours to enter/exit so you may need to plan your route to get to the merchants in the building.

While waiting for their services there is barbeque wooden table and long wooden bench with back rest. Nearby vending machine tried Pokka ice lemon tea for $1.20 but must use coins. Served by Lim at ALTyres for a leaky rear tyre. Very professional. Tyre checked, issue found and fixed in under 10mins. $10 which is very reasonable a price for the service provided. Went there at their paya lebar store on 17/04/2020 for a new set of tyres. Staff is friendly and efficient with wide choices of rims and tyres. However i only give 4 stars as i was disappointed that i got tires from week 38 of 2019 without any discount and they could have been more meticulous in their installation to avoid leaving a small scratch on my rims.
Nonetheless, good shop to visit.

Changed 1pair rear tyre. Mechanic rotated the front tyres to the back first before installing the new tyres. Torqued the wheel nut to exact value. Good.
First time visiting it service. Straightforward and good. Feeling my car rear right tyre is weird and then see the tyre deflating, i know help is needed. Googled and went down. Parked and immediately was approached by a service staff. Shared my concerns and immediately they start checking and confirmed that there was a nail stuck in it. Told me it cost SGD6 to mend it. I agreed and they started immediately. Check all the tyres and help me pump air to all too. No attempt to sell any other products. Paid and left happily. Looking for reasonable types that serve for daily traveling. Found AL tyres which is near to my home and was introduce to their n house China made tyres. The price is 30% cheaper than the cheapest Japanese or German made tyre and there is a further $10 off per tyre with their sticker pasted on your windscreen.

The basic service such as tire rotation and balancing are very cheap. The selection of rims are good and very attractively priced. Service are overall fast.
Had a tire puncture and had it patched for $6. Fast and cheap. Highly recommended. You can have your meals at the food court nearby too!

my 2nd patch up of my punctured tyre in this shop last 12 months. Super friendly & efficient young man; just $6 for the patch up job with water check for air leakage. In additional, pumps up my other 3 tyres & lifts& place my spare tyre to my boot & locks it properly. Thanks

Dropped by for a tyre rotation job request. The staff is professional and explained to me how much mileage I have left on the tyres. They carry out a quick tyre inspection and ensure me there is no leak on the wheel. The tyre pressure is also adjusted to the recommended levels. Although I engage their low priced product, I received top level service. This is probably why there is such a long queue outside there today. Cheers
One of our tyres kept leaking air despite repeated daily pumps. Googled and found this place which opens on Sundays to check on the tyre. Super friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable Thumbs up for the great service!

Very good service with reasonable pricing! Went there due to tyre puncture and was advice to change as the track wearing off soon. Was reccomended to try their in-house brand with discount.
Have drove on them on raining condition and the grip seem OK.
Will go back to them again on my next tyres change.

First time visit but definitely won’t be my last. Walked in for tyre change and was served by Ah Tee. Gave me a choice of 3 brands but being a budget person I went for the cheapest. Ah Tee was very kind and humble, fast and efficient. Although I only replaced front 2 tyres, he went all the way to shine and pump all 4 tyres. Amazing service! Keep it up!
