Such an AWESOME playground that caters to kids from all ages. Many different slides built on top of a multi-layered hill, rock climbing challenges and a very old school rolling pipe slides that tests your kids agility. They should build one in punggol!

Popped by the park with my family this morning to a delightful sight and sounds of other families out having a great time.

My son was kept busy for hours with at least 8 slides, and lots of mini obstacles courses. There’s even a short 360 zip line.

One of the best public park playgrounds for children. They have a wide variety of playground equipment fit for different age groups. Just a short walk from the nearby carpark so it’s really convenient. Toilet is also just next to the carpark. Sufficient shady sitting spots. Even in the afternoon, it did not feel hot there.

Best to Start from south near beside Republic polytechnic, early in the morning. Then after you visit Admiralty park, just exit at the North entrance (see the map) and cross the road to the Woodland waterfront park (just gooooogle map search it). At end of the jetty there is a restaurant which you can have (Halal food for the muslim) lunch/afternoon meal/dinner. You can walk/jog/cycle or use motorised boards. There are 2 carparks one at south entrance and one at north entrance. The playground is nice and park entrance is free, so enjoy your visit.

You can find lot of monkeys (mixing with human, lol) take care of ur foods if you wish not to share with them.. lol.

Buy some food n drinks if you plan to spend longer hours there as no shops nearby except a drink vending machine n a restaurant.

Playground is great. But in weekday noon time more than 30++ of SIT student and staff smoking in this playground area. That terrible scene I ever seen in my life so many smoker at this smoking prohibited area. That crazy! Look they use to it to smoke here everyday. At road side even more. Make complaint to SIT, but since like they no care. Call up police, they say under NEA. So I call to NEA also, they saying no under their place. Is under National Park. That so funny which agency should be taking enforcement?

It was a big playground for the kids to play. There was quite crowded when we visited the playground even we went on the 11am in the afternoon. The weather was good, not really a lot of direct sun but the air still hot. We went home after 30 minutes of playing. Last time we went on late afternoon or early morning, it was good.

The map given by Waze wasn’t directed at the first parking which I was intend to. Took few rounds and reached the parking which I wanted. There were few slides made of steel and they were hot after afternoon. Wasn’t really good design for slide with steel.

There are two playground here, one for smaller kid and one for age 5-12.

Sooo many slides!!! Woohoooo!!! I jumped up and ran over with my kids too! That was how excited I was to see the playground! Spanning over a large area, this playground offers an enjoyable time for ages 2 – 65 (haha im guessing). The slides are amazing! There are nice steps that almost double up as rock climbing, there is a sort of a zip line, some netting for climbing and more slides! There is also a separate playground for the younger ones, with smaller sized slides and little hills to climb. Id have given it 5 stars if i had’nt almost been eaten alive by mosquitoes!!!! I ended u chasing my kids out of the playground bc of the mozzies. … Seriously guys theres a problem with the mozzies.

Personally, I think this is the best public playground in Singapore. Lots of slides, flying fox, swings and other play elements to satisfy any kid.

Went there on a Monday afternoon around 4pm. The place is quite empty with less than 10 kids around. We had the place almost to ourselves.

There are plenty of trees to provide cover from the sun so it was not as hot as expected. Would not want to be there when it is raining though so check the weather forecast before going.

Plenty of seats around for parents.

    There is public toilet nearby.

Its pretty steep to go up the small hill so younger kids will need to be careful.

    Tips:
Bring plenty of water for hydration.
    Sunblock is a must.
    Insect repellent will be good.
    Covered shoes recommended.
For girls, wear pants, not dress.
First aid kit in case of minor injuries.

    Have fun.

Probably one of the best free playgrounds in Singapore. Though it’s a little secluded, it’s worth going to. With mini obstacle climbs, slides, swings etc.

Another tip would be to bring your bike, scooter or skates to the park as the pavement is smooth and ride can be interesting. Easily spend 2 hours in here, suitable for children age 5 and above as some slides are relatively steep.

Unique design, built on and into a slope. Very big and fun for kids, from 18 months to 18 years old. Expect some tumbles for smaller kids as some parts are quite steep. 113. Avatar photo

Good for kids 5-10 years only. Older kids find it boring after 10 minutes as it’s quite repetitive and requires effort to climb to the beginning part of the slide. The choice of pants are important for an enjoyable ride (e.g girls leggings or boys jeans will be stuck, and kids needs to push it, eventually disliking it….). Actually, there’s no one regulating the next kid going down the slide so it can be slightly dangerous for slower kids. Verdict: older kids like to go and try it, but they will hesitate to go again….. Younger kids find it too tiring to climb up …. Overall it’s quite a small place and very close to republic polytechnic, take bus 903 from woodlands met interchange. There’s a swing that’s able to fit a wheelchair.

It is a great place for kids from 6 onwards.. Great place to work out for kids. It is not a place for weak heart and people who prefer to sit back and read a book. Do bring your own drink..

20mins under heat for the kids was exhausting. But so much potential here. At least 1 hour of fun time for kids. I’m surprised school holidays the crowd size is manageable. Must be near to industrial area.
Don’t miss the car park it’s just 200m before the playground area. Otherwise double Uturn takes u 5mins more.
Bring a cardboard for smoother slide. Nice swing. Good challenge for my 4yo fearless girl. My 14yo enjoyed the place too.

Could be better with better house keeping/maintanace

This is the biggest playground in Singapore!
With two big major playgrounds, one for 4-12 and another for 3 and below, they also have all sorts of slides at a variety of more than 22, the swings, sand, cycling, fitness corner, and a toilet most importantly

Came to see what the fuss was about the slides (and to quell the curiosity of the kids). A little underwhelming, given the publicity this place has been getting. There is a good variety of slides, but for kids 3-12. Adults will probably get stuck, as I did, on some of them. …

If you have kids from 2 to 12, you must bring them here!!!

There are more slides than I could count, sandpits and rest points.

I do hope they could provide more sheltered benches.

They also have a wheelchair swing here.

You will be amazed by the size and how fun this public children playground is! With a car park very nearby it’s easy to access the playground. You will be awestruck by how high it is which makes it so fun to climb up and slide down for kids and adults! There’s not just one park but there’s also a sand pit park about 100m walk away. The slides with roller is fun and easy to side down but don’t sit down or you will hurt your bum! There’s excellent toilet facilities and nearby Polytechnic and some shops.

Bring your kids here. You won’t regret it.
Even as an adult, I think this is a place where the kid in us would be brought out.

Located within admiralty park, expect bicycles, and a nearby Japanese buffet restaurant

Beautiful park, good for a jog.

Peaceful and quiet mornings. Ideal place to bring the kids as they have many slides at the play ground.

Beware of macaques. PLEASE do not feed them. They will grab any plastic they see as well. Please monitor and ensure that the children are safe!

Came to visit this much-talked about playground last weekend. It was an exciting place, filled with rows of slides and obstacles. There are two different parts to the playground. The smaller one nearest to the restrooms cater more for the wheelchair-bound visitors and young kids (below 5yo, maybe?). There is an adequate sand play area and I must say the kids were thrilled! The bigger section is about 2-3 min walk away – a colourful outdoor playground where even adults can become kids again! A good workout for parents and children alike coz of the steep slope amongst the play area. Those with really young kids may want to explore during non-peak hours as the children/teenagers here can be quite rowdy (also means less patience). The playground is suited for 5-12yo but, heck it’s a playground so I’m sure grandparents don’t mind joining in as well.
Do bring a good set of snacks/drinks and a pretty mat along if you’re gonna spend a while here. Average time spend could be 2-3hrs.

There is a smaller version next to it for younger kids that love sand and swing.

A good place for outdoor fun with the kids. Park is big and spacious but do expect crowds on weekends. Park has clean toilet and large green space for picnics. Suggest to head over in morning. There are 3 public carparks in Park, but can be pack during weekends. For alternative parking would suggest to park at Republic Poly (open carpark, hourly rate.) For food can head over to Causeway Point shopping center.

Large area of open space playgrounds (yes, not one, several), with many slides (not just for kids, there’s for adults too). Ample seating chairs/benched and even sheltered area. Not really for very small kids like toddler though there are some swings and sand play area. There’s some shaddy part but still hot on a normal day time. The Republic Polytechnic is just beside, which has makan places (like a food court, a Cheers convenient stall and Subway). Didn’t really explore the food court there though. I would rather visit that park in the evening (then not sure if those makan places will still be opened… Most to most eat at Sakura (buffet) nearby lor.

Popular with families with small kids . The slide is one of the longest in Singapore . The park is linked all the way to the waterfront park along the straits of johor .

~ creative playground ~ like this can be coming up in many parks all over Singapore. I first saw a playground with creative tasks at a Pasir Ris park like 20 years ago. Later at west coast park east coast park and woodlands waterfront park. Connect all our parks together with multi cycle and walk tracks.. We get a ~ playground garden city ~
A city in a garden in a playground on a island. Most peaceful beautiful interesting friendly tourist attraction in the world for adults and children to get together. Yeah!

Was there Sunday morning and it was quite crowded to my surprise. Nevertheless a wonderful playground, with 2 play areas for older kids and toddlers as well. Has a sandpit too. Both the play area are partially shaded so it’s a saver on hot sunny days. No cafes nearby though for parents to grab a bite or a coffee while kids play. The nearest restaurant is the hotpot which is few meters away but opens only at 12. The rest are quite a walk.
Once your done you can also take a walk around the park or walk to the water front. It’s mostly stroller friendly.
    Highly recommended the playground.

Good place to bring your kids if they enjoy climbing and sliding down long slides. There are two main play areas, one which is for younger kids and one that is more challenging. The trees at the park offer good shade when the sun is not blazing. Not much shelter from the rain though; there is only one small shelter near the play areas. The place felt humid as there was hardly any breeze at the more challenging play area., so it will be a good idea to have a change of clothes at hand. better to go when there are less people if there are young children, the pace the children play at when it is crowded can be daunting for the younger kids. Food options include eateries at Republic Poly and Sakura International Buffet at the park itself. Gave a 5 star despite the cons because the place achieves what it is supposed to: fun for family and physical activities away from our electronic devices.
