I am thoroughly impressed with this Workshop. Absolutely professional, efficient and reliable.
The Supervisor or Foreman, Ah Soon, was there to greet us. He took us through the initial inspection and assessment stages. All said and done in 30 minutes. Detailed quotations set up, and agreed upon.
By 5pm, same day, Ah Soon (and Celia) returned the car to us, at our residence, good as new. Never experienced anything like this in all my 81 years.

Just got my new ride and chanced upon the Catalytic System clean on their fb post. Went down and gave it a go. Ah Jin, a pleasant and friendly mechanic was assigned to my ride. Told him i just got my car and was wondering if my engine was healthy. He then introduced me to Ah Soon, a very experienced with a pleasant personality mechanic checked and tested my ride. I am contented that the engine overall is healthy. Although i had come for a minor job but their professionalism is great. Was sourcing for a catalytic clean and read many good reviews of Accord. Thus WA their number for an appointment. It was already 11pm and was shocked to get a responce. Appt was swiftly fixed for the next morning – 7th June. When I reached Accord, I was greeted by Enniy (the admin ger) with a smile that brightens my day. Ah Jin (the handsome mechanic) then did the catalytic clean while I went to the kopitiam for coffee. I returned in 30mins for payment and left. Whole experience was smooth and excellent

I went there to try their catalytic and engine cleaning, it turns out that it was something else that is causing the problem and they did not insist that i should try it. Saved me $68 but I will definitely go back to them for other services.
My wife’s honda was having limp mode issues. 1st cylinder misfiring and egr code. i called accord and the boss (i guess) picked up; very friendly and was willing to give me price range. i felt confident and went down to look for Ah soon. the other techs were also friendly and ah soon looked into my car. We could not get to the root of the issue so ah soon suggested to leave it there for him to check. He suggested possible problems but he agreed it was a risk to change parts without really knowing the problem. After a few hours; he called and explained the step by step elimination of issues and a possible solution to solve the egr issues – likely the cause. There was no charges as it was a simple hack. He asked us to observe and it has been a week without issues. strongly recommend them. my wife insist to go back to them for future servicing. This is how workshop should do business. They won a customer in me and my wife.

However do take note you have to either make appointment with them prior or visit their shop early as they tend to have a lot of clients and you may feel disappointed if you did not make a booking.

Today, I went to them to help me with my P0420 code and the cleaning of my catalytic converter. I come here regularly for my regular car servicing and because my car is already a COE car, it is normal that the car has a lot of wear and tear. Accord Auto is a good workshop to do your repairs as they are professional and know what to do in the most economical way for you. I just got my Airbag Control Unit replaced and repaired today and I am very happy with their services. They will even wash your car and helped me route my in-car camera wires neatly into the internal car panels. I am grateful for that. Special mention to Ah Soon. He is a very professional chief technician who takes the effort to explain to you the faults before and after the repairs. Ah Mu also did very good work with my car. Just went to check my car aircon condition as refer by my client, as the Aircon is not cold only blowing air. The mechanic did a check and inform the a/c main switch was off although we press the auto A/C button. There was no charge levied. Competence and friendly servicing staff. Efficient service. I just WhatsApp the workshop the list of items I wish to repair, within the same day, the service coordinator (by the name of Enniy) provided me a comprehensive quote. The price quoted is reasonable and the service coordinator and workshop technician are friendly when I check in my car for repair. Their pleasant service attitude gave me the confident to entrust my Nissan Teana to the team. The repair was promptly completed to my expectation. Had problems with my Biante with engine warning light.
Catalytic system cleaning done this morning at Accord. The warning light was also reset with no-extra cost. Asked mechanic Ri do I still need to do decarbonisation and his reply was normally no need unless something crop-up. Very professional and no “selling”. They use the Liqui Moly Catalytic cleaning. Total cost $68. Months of worry every time the engine warning light up resloved.
One other workshop even quoting to replace with used Catalytic converter for $1200 but need to source – either he don’t know or not willing to help his customers while Accord is completely customer service oriented.
Was there at 9am and by 9.45am all done including the test drive by a very knowledgeable mechanic Ri (hope got his name spell correctly).
Systematically run although many cars in the workshop.
Please convey my appreciation to Ri and Yong who assigned Ri to handle.

Although there many workshops available, we picked Accord because of the good reviews. This morning was our first experience for regular car service. It was indeed hassle free. Questions were answered and staff (Ah Soon and Annie) were very helpful and friendly. Our IU was not properly adhered to the windscreen. They took initiative to put it properly for us. They went beyond what was requested. They also went for digital invoice to safe tree, we had a very good experience. Will send our car to Accord for servicing in future.

Honest workshop, provides good service and the staff are helpful and friendly. Most importantly, I feel comfortable with them as I know they will fix what needs fixing. Pricing for repairs are good and will continue to go to them. They are really good with Audis and Mazdas and I send all my cars to them for oil changes and repairs. I also do see Mercs, Bentleys, Jags and BMWs.

I found Accord because it was the only place open during the lockdown and I’m happy with it so far. This second visit there was something wrong with my gear shifter so I drove in and asked them to take a look. They quickly identified the problem, ordered the spare part, had it delivered, and replaced it, all within about an hour, just before closing time. Price is great too.

Ah Soon and his team of mechanics is wonderful. I have been visiting them for servicing for more than 2 years now from my previous Mercedes to my current Lexus no job is too big for them. Felt vibrations within the car cabin especially during morning start-ups. Ah Soon analysed immediately that engine & gearbox mountings need to be replaced. Brought my car down and it was done faster than normal to accede to my tight time schedule. Thumbs up for excellent and quick service. Second times carry out the oil change, call them last minute appointment and still managed to get it done. Price is reasonable, good service and helpful especially their supervisor. Remember the last visit my car having tyre sensor issue, he replace a used sensor for free and agreed to return him the sensor next visit. Highly recommended..
I chance upon Accord Auto Services through Google search, the reason for the search is to find a motorcar workshop that can do repair to my bumper which has dents and cracked lines due to an accident. Many workshops do not handle and do car body repair works, they only interested in quick bucks by asking you to replace a new bumper. Question is why replace the whole bumper when the damage is only less than 10% of the entire bumper? I was lucky I found Accord Auto Services, they are responsive, friendly and professional. I sent them a picture of the damaged bumper, they were quick to provide a cost estimate and downtime required to do the repair. They also accommodate my request for the repair timing which makes it very convenient for me. All the communications were carried out through WhatsApp ( manned by Liz and Jacqueline in AMK branch), really hassle free and convenient. Now my bumper has been repaired and resprayed by Aacord, you could hardly noticed the bumper was damaged before, this is marvellous considered the cost of repair is only about 20% of cost if I have to replace a new bumper. Accord is really reasonable and have customer‘s interest at heart. I will not hesitate to recommend Accord Auto Services to anyone who needs their cars serviced or repaired.

Very prompt response when I was enquiring for the catalytic cleaning service which was at $68. Very knowledgeable. I was very curious and brought my car down to get it done. Today was my second time with them, first being the week before. I only started going to them because I just shifted house and they’re close by. They’re located in a very competitive locality, where dozens other automotive shops are.
They’re professional, and respects your car the way you would as well. The price is manageable – its fair. Neither too high, or bargain worthy. I’d recommend it only because they have delivered what I’ve asked, to the tee. Probably will stick with them due to convenience. Oh, they’re also paperless, and have electronic invoices for every service they’ve charged for. I like keeping track of my receipts, so this is a plus as well.
Told the receptionist Ms Enniy about the car emitting some black smoke and was immediately attended by a mechanic and the issue was rectified within 2 hours. Had a pleasant experience with the overall service of Enniy. I would recommend customers to this workshop. Thank you

Had issue with my Right side door and their suppliers no longer keep the replacement part in stock. Admin helped to source for the spare part, procured and the team replaced the faulty party in a jiffy. The team also attended to my queries on the door and got it sorted. Accord has done a good servicing for my vehicle. They have extended additional service to identify my front absorber issues after informing my vehicle jerked while stopping at traffic light. Will send down to service the front absorber once parts arrived.

Came to know about Accord thru FB. Wanted to try the Catalytic cleaning due to fault error code. Was attended by Ah Soon immediately, he explained in detail the process. He was very frank and informed that the cleaning might not resolve the issue. Suggest can try adding a adaptor but only 50% chance. Tried the cleaning as well as adding the adaptor. Good service, attitude and most importantly honest.

Inner door handle broken. Techician Ah Soon has been very professional n explain clearly what was done. Despite a last min drop by, repaired was done within 2hrs, the dismantle would take more than half a day for other workshops. Very reasonanle Price – i got quotes tt are 50% more or double .

My usual mechanic. I called in the evening and went in the next morning. Repairs completed before estimated time and under estimated budget. Excellent service – for example, I was unable to walk up to pay at their station and they came downstairs to accommodate me. As a female, hard to find a mechanic that doesn’t talk down to me (or worse). Happy with Accord.
