Grew up loving their prata, briyani and everything else. Situated just off Yishun and neatly tucked near Sembawang, this is definitely every family go to place for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Despite the limited parking spaces, diners come flowing in every minute. A place which holds many nostalgic moments and certainly I will return for more.

I just dropped my son off to camp and detoured back to this corner to have breakfast. The prata here is one of the best I’ve had in awhile! I like that their fish curry gravy isn’t too thick nor thin, with just the right touch of sour, but the one that takes the cake is their prata. I had a plain prata and an onion prata this morning. The prata was crispy on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside. Every bite broke off easily and I was sitting there some 15 minutes after finishing contemplating ordering 2 more, but I came to my senses and stopped as I remembers my diet. I will be back for more in future

It is situated in a private reaidential enclave.A quite and serene environment. The chinese muslim food is a reasonable eatery place to have your meal.Previously they use to operate 24×7 but was advice to close shop by 22:20hrs as per their immediate neighbour complain of noise from the eatery.

Delicious mutton biryani with option for bone mutton or cut pieces. The rojak is worth a mention too, especially the sauce with chunky peanuts which isn’t too sweet nor diluted. They also serve a wide variety of roti prata and murtabak which is not bad too. Will be back to try other items in their menu.

Excellent Prata, outside crispy inside soft. Unlike some famous Prata restaurant serves very crispy biscuit Prata. This Prata restaurant has excellent service, many workers to serve customers. It has high standard of hygiene. The curry is placed in the serving tray’s compartment. Unlike many Prata stalls, they place the bowl of curry on top of the Prata, when they bring the plate to you, as the bottom of the bowl is dirty. The shop’s lady is walking around to take drink order. Workers are very hard working to go around to clean the tables when customers left the table. The price is reasonable with the excellent service. I observed all the fans are on at maximum speed, make the place very windy. They installed the net to prevent birds to come in. The place is very clean. Keep it up BOSS. Cheers

Mee Rebus is a Malay noodle dish in a sweet potato-based gravy. The combination of sweetness and savoury flavours are deliciously enhanced with a generous squeeze of lime juice. This noodle dish is commonly enjoyed across Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
You can order it at the Malay stall at this coffee shop. Though it was sweet, I found it delicious! Not for your daily diet intake.

This is probably my most disappointing visit in terms of food quality.
We ordered plain pratas with teh tarik and iced Milo. The pratas arrived suspiciously quick and I was soon able to confirm my suspicions of it being cooked before hand and subsequent reheated.
The outer layer was crispy and on the edge of being too hard, it also seemed to trap too much oil. The fluffy texture was lost. However, the pleasant flavour remained. This was consistent for all five pratas i ordered.
The iced Milo came a little less “gao” than I would like but the teh tarik was great.
The bill came up to $8.90 this time.
I would still return, but will reconsider specially making a trip.

If you’re coming, do note that parking lots are limited. You may end up parking at the nearby HDB carparks.

Ordered a simple nasi lemak from the sarapan and nasi campur store. The rice is fragrance and have a old-school feel to it. Chilli sambal is spicy with a nice little kick. Chicken is fried, batter is normal. Teh tarik is normal as well, nothing to complain about. Ordered egg prata and a tissue prata, which took over 20 minutes to arrive. The prata is a textbook style, nothing failed, just not sure what took the long wait despite the crowd of 5 people.

Mixed feeling. Im writing this review after my 2nd visit in a month. The first experience wasn’t pleasant. The customer service was so so, some orders were forgotten, and the food serving was too long. I was in rush as well and didnt enjoy the meal. Both visit were on a weekend morning. I tried again this weekend and the experience was totally opposite. Good service, food was served relatively quick. Taste good. Price might be higher than usual coffeeshops. Family of 4 (2+2). Pratas and drinks cost SGD 17. Parking might be challenging on peak hours. The prata standard deserves 4 stars.

Been around sembawang Road for over 20 years. Reason it is still around is for the authentic Indian Muslim food, definitely worth a try if you are around the area! You can experience authentic Singaporean cuisine in an even more authentic setting!

Been passing this place for the longest time, but first time having meal here. The pratas were good! Crispy and softness together. Service was fast. In fact, the prata came faster than the drinks! The sauces were good too. A sweet type of chilli was added, and it adds flavour to the prata. Will be back soon.
