This is my review of Locksmith Singapore and I was attended to by their Locksmiths Specialist – David.
This morning, just as we were about to leave home, my kid was playing with the lock which led to the locking mechanism getting stuck. To our horror, we tried various ways to unlock but couldn’t.
Doing a quick search on Google led us to identify Locksmith Singapore as a service provider of choice. We made a call and was quickly attended to by a CSO within the first call.
To show the contrast, we called another prior to approaching Locksmith Singapore. The other provider neither responded to my WhatsApp nor calls.
Within a few minutes, we received a WhatsApp message from David, their locksmith specialist. I related the issues to David over WhatsApp and showed the lock. It is a big lock.
David was very professional and asked if we tried using oil and to try work around the lock first. While I didn’t use oil, I tried again but this time, force turn the locking mechanism and it worked!
I updated David of the progress and he was glad that we managed to solve the issue without his presence required.
