We like the prawn mee and dim sum store of this coffee shore. Has not been there for a while. However, my recent visit in the mid noon was a disappointed one with the Dim Sum store of their service and quality of foods. Probably it is their resting time. Prawn mee still relatively good and friendly service. The Rojak is nice as well but didn’t try this time. What else is good from your opinion?

Been patronising this Coffeeshop at blk 419 along tampines street 41 for many years. The Tze Char Stall offers a great variety of dishes at affordable prices. Slight waiting time during dinner or eating there or takeaways. Vegetarian Stall offers great selections of vegetarian dishes and is very packed in the morning till lunch. Rasa Sayang western food stall offers a good selection of common western food dishes too. Duck rice stall is highly recommended too. Prata stall is still my favourite. Overall I would say this heartland Coffeeshop offers good choice of food at resonable prices.

Not a overly crowded place with good foods, e.g. the fish soup and ban mien, vegetarian store, HK style Tim sum store and the Indian store serves very nice prata. Rojak store serves the best rojak in the area. There is a Thai foods store too, I loved their Tom yum fried rice or green curry fried rice. Special mention, my regular order will be fish soup with additional vegetables (Chinese spinach) from the ban mien store, very healthy combination and it taste good!

Your usual coffeeshop; noisy, stuffy and crowded on occasions. Has Muslim, vegetarian, western, noodles, claypot and so on. Kind of small though but the crowd meant this place is strategically positioned. There’s a polyclinic a stone’s throw away as well as a park too.

It’s probably due to the early morning (around 7am), 70% of the stalls are not opened for business. So don’t have much choice to select from except the wanton noodles, fried Cartot cake and Roti Prata. Not the best place to drink your coffee.

Good coffeeshop, easy parking, behind is the hdb carpark. Zhichar stall is excellent, now opens at 1:30pm till about 10pm. The horfun got the wok hey, and do try the salted egg chicken set, tasty. The duck rice also good but normally comes without free soup, the free soup ends once the pot is empty so it’s rather dry to eat. The kopi is above average. Good kopi shop for those stays at Tampines street 41.

It’s an okay location for dinner and a quick meal. Like most other standard coffeeshops around the area. Only good thing is that because they’re not hyper popular, the wait is typically not as long as the other more popular counterparts.

Rojak is not bad – at least they take the effort to heat up the dough fritters and taupok.

Seafood tse char stall can be quite a disappointment – curry fish head, and their hotplate tofu are very average.

Drinks stall doesn’t sell self-cooked stuff, only coffee/tea and canned drinks.

Was there for breakfast on a packed Saturday morning. The place is a Kopitiam a.k.a place co-supported by various smaller stalls. The vegetarian food stall is heavily onslaught by customers clamouring to join the queue. We had to share table due to the crowd. The party that shared table with us ordered the vegetarian food and I was mind blown by the quantity. The party whom brought the veg food confirmed that the qty is generous and taste amazing. Its also reasonably priced. Made a mental note to myself to head back and try it someday. Have 3 stars to place as I ordered some thing else in the end due to the queue and I was rushing for time. The ambience and the food that I ordered in the end is just average.

Satisfied with the stalls I patronised. There are not many Indian food stalls around if you feel like eating Indian curry so the one at 419 F&B is my regular go to for mutton murtabak and masala thosai. The curry dai is tasty and complements the Indian dishes sold there. The western food stall is another favourite to enjoy western style grills at very reasonable prices. The economy rice stall has also a varied range of tasty dishes offered. Cheap and good in my opinion.

Wonderful dimsum at heartland prices that has been there for at least 15 years. I love the porridge which is cooked to a gooey consistency and you can’t really go wrong with the sides. Just order whatever you feel like having

Had curryfish head from zhichar store. Reasonable portion. 20 for 2 person. More towards sweet side. Not so spicy. Fish is good and fresh

Drinks are over priced. Wanton noodles are ok but grumpy service. Vegetarian is cheap and good. Carrot cake is good. Curry fish head is shoddy. At least boil the curry once after the steamed fish head is added.

Great vegetarian food available here. Always long Q in the morning. Also have dim sum too. Have smoking corner available for all smokers.

Our first time eating here. Renovated and well maintained. Very windy. The cleaner uncle was also very nice to assist us in clearing our trays even though we told him that we would return them before we leave. A good mix of local delights found at this coffee shop. Except for vegetarian food & wanton mee stalls which are closed during the evenings, the rest are opened and bustling with a good traffic of customers in the evenings. We opted for the spare ribs thick bee hoon prawn soup. Masala Dosai was also pretty good although the stall was only managed by one person. Hot tea was also decently made by the drink stall. Highly recommended!

419 fnb is a food court that sells a variety of foods from different cultures at a reasonable price. You can decide to eat in or take away, as there are seats in that area. My gripe is that 419 fnb can be a little untidy and unclean at times. The place can be really humid during the afternoons, with only a few fans to cool you down. For those wondering, there are toilets and parking lots in the area. This place is also wheelchair accessible with lifts and ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.
