Fast and straight forward transaction. Selling on consignment and only went down twice before sealing the deal on the third time down. No other hidden charges other than the stated commission making it hassel free which I believed is the most important thing for most of us.

I was always apprehensive about getting a consignment vehicle due to ambiguous dealer T&Cs and dodgy service, but the positive experience I had at 360 VR CARS quelled any misgivings I previously had.
Helen (Huiwen) was very efficient from the get-go; all queries I had pertaining to trade-in and the vehicle I was intending to get were answered sufficiently. What I especially appreciated was her frankness and attention to detail, which left little room for doubt. For greater transparency and to my surprise, negotiation with the seller was also done directly and in person.
