Okay and convenient for neighbourhood food. Just do not like that plates collection aunty likes to “chop” favourite customer seats for hers and her friends convenience whole day when she is at work.

Coffeeshop. Standard food standard coffeeshop pricing.

Minced meat noodles are great albeit small portion. The rest as per usual.

Ban mian pricing is crazy. Might as well eat mac. Used to be wallet friendly and good.

Tenderbest – forget it. They think they are swensons now. Ex and pathetic portion. Eat Fatty bom bom at blk 526 better.

Indian muslim shop – sorry but prata really cmi. Curry also cannot make it.

    Roasted stall is good.

Usually on weekdays it’s quite easy to find seats here unless it’s Monday or days when market is closed.

Dingji BCM (Minced Meat Noodles) $3.50 is best eaten here with the little bowl of soup. Takeaway just doesn’t taste the same..

Teh o kosong peng (plain ice tea) is $1.30 here for now. Their milo kosong peng is made fresh from the milo powder when you order and it’s cheaper by 10cents compared to another nearby coffeeshop.

Kimly mini chasiew bao (2 for $1) is my kid’s favourite. Wouldn’t recommend their chee cheong fan though.

The soup stall was okay initially but felt its getting too salty for our liking so we kinda stop buying from here.

Economy rice is okay but food from the morning shift is a bit oily.

Ban main stall, I don’t like their pork pieces, other than that it’s not too bad.

Roasted meat stall I felt it’s slightly expensive so I don’t purchase that often. A friend is a supporter of their wanton soup though I haven’t tried it.

Love the popiah here. It’s the stall somewhat between Ding Ji fishball noodles and Kimly dimsum.

The popiah is $2 per piece. Ate it since price was $1 or $1.20 (that was >10 years ago).

There’s usually a long queue during weekday lunchtime or when the hawker is closed for washing.

Personally I like this popiah more than Ann Chin popiah (has Michelin accolade). The spicy version is quite hot so I usually get mild spicy or non-spicy version.

Give it a try when you want a carbs lite lunch.

The poh-piah stall is yummylicious but only open bout mid-morning til bout 2200hrs+-..

This place caters mostly Chinese food. There’s quite a variety of Chinese food to choose from . Malays and Indian can eat the Indian food stall which sells roti prata, toseh and white rice which comes along with the curry chicken or fish. The seafood stall is the most popular with the Chinese people which is usually jammed packed on Saturday and Sunday!

The JB Bak Kut Teh is good. Herbal version and one of the best I feel. They have dry Bak Kut Teh at $10 that is very delicious and have quite a bit of meat. Worth it. The mixed vege rice stall have many dishes. The ban mian stall is decent. The new roast meat stall is quite good too. A good alternative to the market food centre.
