They will ask for your permission to proceed on the part that you need to pay extra and no hard selling. On top of basic servicing, they help us to get quote for tyre replacing from another shop as they didn’t supply and help us to send the car upstairs for alignment upon requested. One stop servicing under one roof. Very helpful and not to mention the lounge with amenities make the waiting easier and pleasant. Few hours of waiting is worthwhile. A complimentary parking ticket is Will be back for the next servicing.
Sent my 6-year-old continental car there for servicing and repairs. The price they quoted me was significantly lower than the agent, and it was done really quickly! I sent the car in at 9am, and it was ready by 2pm. Customer service was excellent too – yes, there isn’t free cuppucino and posh waiting area, but the lower cost is well worth it. Ryan also kept me updated every 2 hours or so, giving me options along the way. Drove around for a few days already, and there was absolutely no issue.

I brought my VW Golf Mk7.5 in for an aircon service, the car climate control has exhibiting hissing noises, and the air coming out of the vents was intermittently hot and cold. Ryan was very friendly and helpful, helping me to arrange for a mechanic to diagnose the issue, and even topping up the refrigerant for me free of charge, to tide me over while I contacted VW to check if the part was still under warranty. Even though I did end up going to VW for the warranty service, I will definitely recommend this workshop for its customer service and helpful attitude.

Great service provided by them. The person in charge is very friendly to explain the package. First time here to do regular maintenance servicing. It was a quick service, it was done within 30 minutes to change oil. I called earlier prior to make appointment.

Brought my Nissan Qashqai down for servicing on 7 Feb. First time servicing outside of OEM schedule and the experience was very pleasant. Car is having issue with gearbox and was looking for a shop to do diagnostics/ overhaul.
1) Jerk when put to shift during cold/warm start
2) Issue on gear 5-4 shifting with error code
3) Suspect leaking ATF causing pressure loss over time
4) Finally causing no gear engagement during cold start with error code
Was quoted by several shops 4-6k with some even suggesting to change mechatronics…. Was skeptical at first when I found this workshop online since I have never heard of it before.
Was quoted by Daoxiong a lower price with 2yrs warranty. I meet up with Ryan and his team to discuss repair details before deciding to go ahead. Collected car today and she is running good, hopefully I have no needs for the 2yr warranty.

My Mercedes GLA180 has been under the care of 1 Car from day 1, till now 4.5 years. The service is always prompt and they only ask me to do things that are necessary, never any hard selling. It is true because at the 4 yr mark, I was asked if I wanted to change the battery. I wanted to save some money so I did all the rest of items except battery. Two weeks later, battery died and I needed to make another trip down to replace the battery. Lesson learnt.

Ryan and his team are very professional in their work. Did my regular car servicing, mounting, change of spark plug and repair oil leakage problems of my car. One best thing i like about them is how transparent they conduct their business. They would show me the parts that were being repaired or exchanged, and explain to me what they have done with it and why was it necessary and important to repair them. In addition, i told them that there are some buzzing sound coming from my dashboard, they spent 1 hr trouble shooting my car and found out that is due to internal wiring of my in car android set , they went ahead to sort the wiring for me and charge it at no cost! Appreciate the kind gesture of Ryan and the team.
All in all, not your typical workshop just to all out earn your money. They give practical advise base on condition of your car and how many more years left on it. Need a reliable and trustworthy workshop, look for Ryan and his team.

I sent my car to this workshop on 19th October 2022 due to a transmission problem and vibrating noise with my B160. Ive been to multiple workshop to check and give me a quote. I came across 1Car Service through google and saw many good reviews. Hence i decided to contact them.
Daoxiong is very professional in his advise and he assured me that they are the specialists in transmission issues. I headed down to their workshop and liase with derek who proudly told me that they are the specialists on transmission issues. So i shall put my trust in them.
I Collected my car on friday 21st October. And drive it for 1 week. Then on Sunday 30th October the same issues of (Transmission Consult Workshop) happened again and my car went to limp mode. Sadly have to send the car back to the workshop. This time they ordered the Transmission Circuit unit and installed it. And hand the car over back to me on Thursday 3rd November 2022. The issues were gone for a while but unfortunately once again on Saturday 5th November The same issues of transmission consult workshop happened again. This time it was worse during the drive with the RPM hitting high.
Once again on Sunday 4th Novemebr 2023 i send it back to the same workshop. This is the 3rd time im sending my car to the same workshop for the same issues which ive paid thousands of dollars on the 1st time i sent it. I hope this time they will finally do a proper job cos now i doubt their credibility.
But i also have to give it to them for their warranty and trying their best to help me resolve their issues. And also daoxiong is also very friendly and professional throughout..
The front left passenger aircon start blowing hot air after replacing the car battery. The aircon was working fine before changing battery. Found 1car service workshop online after reading many good reviews. Went to the workshop and technician was very experience after telling him what happened, he used some equipment to reset the aircon system. After that the aircon was back to normal again. Thank you. Very good service from the customer service executive, Ryan Lee. When I sent my car in for evaluation, it was immediately tested and found that the gearbox had some issues. Ryan quoted a reasonable price for overhauling the gearbox with replacement of parts when necessary, together with the time frame needed. The car was repaired within the time frame and it was a job well done. The gearbox is operating smoothly now and it came with a 2 years warranty.

Went to service my car, they offered a comprehensive check on all the essentials of the car (suspension, drive shaft, brakes etc) and it’s honestly the first time I’ve seen a maintenance company offering such detailed checks on complimentary basis. They also picked up some issues my car has and advised me based on their expert opinion not to fix these issues – based on its impact vs how long the problem can sustain. This is transparency and they are not there to earn your money through making false and dishonest recommendations!

Gearbox broke down and was sent to C&C where they quoted an insanely amt on top of other charges. So swing by to 1 Car service to salvage my COE car which has slightly more than a year left so not really keen to spend too much. Communicated this to Boss Ryan and he tried his best to help and the warranty covers until the end of COE which is cool. Will return for normal servicing when i purchase my next ride.
Not a surprise that they are rated 5-star! My Lexus RX 350 had major transmission issues and my whole experience right from the first time I talked to DX and then throughout later with regular updates by Derek was exceptional. 1h20min for major servicing… That was surprisingly quick since it typically takes 2-4h. Ended up discovering that the major servicing was not up to standard when the car was repaired at another workshop.
To put things in context, the cost of their ATF (without flushing, since their new one was almost black after only 3,000km of use) would have gotten me the same ATF WITH flushing, a new filter and gasket. Go figure.
Good customer service and… that’s about it. Placed my trust on them but this was what I got. Would only advise other car owners to keep a constant lookout on their vehicle when they start any form of repair/servicing.

Efficient and effective! Was very impressed at how quickly 1-Car was able to detect a high pressure fuel pump leak and get in the replacement part to resolve the issue. Was initially skeptical that they managed to resolve such a long standing problem that other workshops couldn’t detect, but it’s been a few weeks and the very strong petrol smell that was coming from the car everytime we turned on the engine is completely gone. Thoroughly impressed! Will 100% recommend their services!

On a hot day on 29th August 2022, my car air conditioning went haywire. It was blowing hot air! Being a Malaysian visiting Singapore, I had to Google-search for the nearest workshop… Mr Dao Xiong was very responsive and kind over the phone. Only thing that perhaps can be even better would be they having the option to clean the car after service. I am driving a jeep wrangler. And is prone of water leakage. I bought a brand new rubber seal chance it at one of the workshop but end up door not able to close .so was puzzle as is a orginal jeep door rubber seal. End up chance back to old one. But was very determined to change it again n Google it n found 1 car service workshop.. boon and appt n head down. Less then 20min it fixed n y door can close. Most important is staff are very friendly.. thumps up. Boss are very friendly too…

Had a water ingress issue, turned out to be the rubber strip below the windows were worn-out. As the car is going to scrap soon, Ryan advised me on how much it’d cost (since he only uses genuine parts) and straight-up gave me his honest opinion that it’s not worth to replace them.
He showed me exactly where the worn-out rubber strip is located and sprayed water to demo how it caused the ingress.
Wanted to pay him for the effort in diagnosing but he declined and instead wished me good health before sending me off on my way.
So now I’ve DIY replaced the rubber strips with a generic one found online. Took awhile to clean up the old worn-out rubber and residue and stick the new rubber strips but the issue is finally fixed. Wouldn’t have come to this conclusion myself this soon were it not for him pointing me in the right direction.

Brian and the team at 1 Car Service have been fantastic help getting my car serviced and back on the road. They explained everything they were doing, without being patronizing or pushy, and were honest in their recommendation on what had to be done and what was optional. Highly recommend you come down for a visit with the team. They also have a guest room with air con and wifi where you can sit and wait.
Found the workshop via google. Reviews are legit. I’m impressed with their service. Ryan will understand your issues then convey to the mechanic, mechanic does his thing very professionally.
Initially I thought it’s going to be extremely costly as check engine light, ABS light, Traction control light all came on. They didn’t solve the lack of power in the engine the first time round so I brought it back and they were very professional and determined to get to the bottom of it. All in all they fixed everything within 3 hours in total, including test drive, waiting for parts etc.
I was in a position where it was very easy to be a carrot for a typical car workshop to chop, therefore very wary when first entered, but after everything I do not regret as not only they didn’t take the opportunity to go for the kill, their prices are very reasonable. They will be my trusted workshop for a very long time.

The staff and team of technicians are very knowledgeable and professional from the moment I contacted them all the way to the time my Porsche is ready for collection. I submitted my enquiry via their website and within 24 hours, I received a call-back and text message. The first contact Dao Xiong connected me to the workshop staff, Derek. Derek is prompt and responsive. Very proactive and personable. He quickly checked for the earliest available time for my car to have a preliminary inspection. Throughout the entire repair process, Derek will update me and send me photos of existing parts condition and new replacement parts. Before proceeding with any repair task or replacement, Derek will check with me first for my agreement. Derek also arranged his chief technician Ah Lei to carry out all the inspection and repairs. I had an overheating engine back at Sin Ming and I was far away from my main workshop. Looking up google and I found 1 Car with great reviews.
I was attended by DaoXiong on the main number and he was there to provide help and answering my queries throughout from the time before I arrived at the workshop till the repair was completed.
The lounge provided at the workshop was the best I have been at so far and it was comfortable with free wifi as well as refreshments like water/coffee/tea and snacks. Suitable for those going for servicing and repairs and do not want to take a taxi back while waiting.
There was a slight misunderstanding with regards to pricing and some issues but DaoXiong managed to cleared it up and kindly called me to explain and clarify the misunderstanding when he could have chosen to just ignored me.
Though they might not have the cheapest pricing, quality and after-support is assured at this workshop. I’d recommend to people looking for a car workshop to do their servicing or repairs. DaoXiong is the person to contact and you can be rest assured with the parts they used and the after-sales support they provided.

My BMW X5 transmission was faulty and PML quoted 19k to replace the whole transmission unit aka gearbox. I made a few enquiries from the Internet and managed to speak to Dao Xiong. He explained clearly the possible issues. I decided to tow out my car from PML and let 1Car team work on it ( free towing). My car was finally repaired without the need to replace the whole transmission unit and it cost me a fraction as compared to PML. During the repair period Ryan constantly kept me posted of the developments and updated me the progress. Thanks Dao Xiong and Ryan for sorting out the problem, will certainly return to get my car regularly service with the guys in 1 Car.

Car was out of warranty so went to them for a recurring air con not cold issue. They checked and determined that the condenser was leaking. Replacement done in 24hrs. Showed me a pic of the condenser coils and was shocked the Honda techs at KM didnt pick it up few months back when they changed the cooling coil. Ryan was professional and gave good advice. My Lexus is250 reverse gear not functioning properly. Is dangerous to drive when your transmission is not working properly if sudden jerk will bang another object or someone. With 2 yrs warranty is a good deal and they have managed to fix my reverse gear issue promptly. The car transmission is now working smoothly.

Good service from them since I got my AMG CLA45. I had replace my brakes pads recently which I supply but forgot to get the sensor. They were kind to install the sensor subsequently when I return 2nd time with the parts.
vw Golf changed gear box and MU oils.
Sent my car for servicing this morning, managed to get my car within 2 hours, satisfy with their service at first, but is disappointed when I open my car bonnet to have a look when reached home, found a loose item not installed and left it near the engine area. To me, this not acceptable as I know how much damage it can cause when an loose item is left near an engine especially an running engine. Imagine loose item drop in and stuck in between the gears or time belt.
To all drivers, always open your car bonnet and have a look after any car servicing or maintenance, just have a check if even though it is your trusted workshop or best rated workshop.
So is my 1st and last time visiting this workshop, I not saying their staff and service are not good, is just that I have lost the confidence.
With sincerity and good response of the workshop, they had resolved the issue.
